Good unique holiday items too. They have a strange greetings along the lines of what can we help you craft today, but Ill forgive that.

This is the spot if you need any DIY supplies. There are always friendly staff to help. Ally is especially wonderful and helpful. She has helped me solve many a crafting dilemma.

I just picked up a framed poster that I dropped off a few weeks ago and it is absolutely amazing. I had a poster rolled up for over 30 years I finally did something with it these guys turned it into a masterpiece. At first I thought it was a little expensive but now I believe its worth every penny. I will be back.

The framing service is overpriced and though most of the staff was helpful a couple of employees were unpleasant in their tone and disposition. I requested a refund for a prepaid $100 order, due to this, and brought my business elsewhere.

Quick pick up for a frame that was ordered online. Lady was helping another customer and saw that I was waiting. Excused herself from that conversation to see how she could help.Told her that I was there to pick up a frame and had a pick up code. She got the attention of another worker and they had me out of there in less than 5 minutes. Thank you.

Michaels has really started to impress me lately with their brighter stores, more variety of products and helpful, friendly staff. I recommend them more than their competition.

Michaels & I sort of have a love-hate relationship. I love that they have amazing sales,and I hate that I always spend so much money at their stores. But I guess at the end of the day its a win-win.

Worst experience at this store. I drove 30 min to pick up an item I was told would be price matched and when I got there I was told per Corporate they could not price match. I had open the price match policy on the website and this still was not honored. Manager did not care about the misinformation given to me he flat out refuses while the policy for price match stated other wise. Totally unacceptable, if you cannot respect a price match because it’s not convenient for you don’t have a price match policy. Never shopping at this store again.

Asked the nice lady at the register if she knew about a product I was wanting to buy for my wife. Turned out she knew all about it! She even went above and beyond to walk me to a room to show me a sample of the product used. It was genuinely caring service.

Love this store. I always find items that I could use that were not on my list. The staff at this store is very helpful and will go out of their way to help you and answer any questions. I have even gotten some ideas and suggestions from the staff if they dont quite have exactly what I am looking for. Very neat and clean store.

I visited today because of the 70% off frames sale they had going. The service was a story of two halves. The lady who worked in the framing department was SUPER helpful and made sure I was taken care of. However, the blond haired, older lady at the checkout was the exact opposite. She was snappy and showed little in the way of respect. She took an item out of my cart and then dropped it back in. Luckily no damage or I wouldn’t have been paying for that item, but geese lady! If it wasn’t for the first lady’s great service, this store would have been a 1*

Lots of products, but the store is organized kind of oddly. The middle of the store is like a confusing maze!! Hopefully they can get a new store manager in there to properly set up the aisles so you dont feel like your on a farm lost in a corn maze...I also wish they had more project and teaching books. I only found one little display.

This is a good place to get frames. I was looking for some simple cheap frames for posters and they had a really nice selection at an inexpensive price. I was also able to score some nice candles and candle holders. All around decent place.

Merchandise is fine, but I hate the long line; thats intentionally singular. Out of 6 registers, they almost always have just the one open. Ive went in there and walked out multiple times because I didnt want to spend 10 minutes in line for just one item. And if you do leave without purchasing, its very awkward when there is a long line, because its so tight a space. Theres no way to avoid it. Seems like all locations have this weird, tight exit, but this one in particular seems understaffed, especially around the holidays.

Good deals, relatively no one around. However, I was coming from an all day event. I really needed to use the restroom and couldnt find it. Signage was terrible and there was no one around to ask.

Good craft items but this is another store stuck in the current farmhouse decorating vibe. If I see one more cow themed item I am going to become a vegetarian.

I love this store! I just wish they carried the newer beads being used in published beading projects. They finally have a few dual hole beads to choose from. I like how they do their check out line... Wish all stores did that!!

Hardly ever find what i am really looking for! Hobby lobby i always do! Bbought a necklace there yesterday to hang my pendant on and it is so tight that it will not open. Had to use tools to open it and it totally broke! Taking it back immediately without my receipt n package an they better give me a complete refund or I will be even more p***ed!

Michaels has everything! The sale prices were excellent.

I highly recommend NEVER going to Micheals for Framing or matting. in addition to being very overpriced i was told that the framing specialist would not cut a custom matte for me because the side was less than two inches....and it just wouldnt be safe for her...This is ridiculous...i have never heard of such a thing. So needless to say i walked out went to Hobby Lobby and they cut the matte for me no problem.

They have a good selection of items. However, the organization of the store is a bit confusing, and it seemed understaffed so I couldnt find someone to ask directions.

This was me and my friends first time coming here we had in mind what we were looking for and we got in the store one person asked if we needed help finding anything we told her she said they had the iteam so we looked and couldnt find it all she said was its over there, then we asked another worker and she said yes its straight ahead right around the corner. We did. It find it at all the staff wasnt as helpful as I thought especially because we never been here. We were very disappointed that they didnt know what we were asking for and couldnt help us, knowing they had the product.
