After realizing the quotes I was receiving were astronomical, Brad helped me secure a more reasonable quote four days before my actual move. I heard directly from our driver (pleasant surprise), and he left the Bay Area on 12/15/2020. My cars arrived in Austin, TX on the morning of 12/17/2020; lightning quick! First, they dont do false promises and send me excessive amount of emails and phone calls. Their price was straight since the beginning. Its reasonable. No hidden fees.After deciding the price is affordable for me. Here are what make me choose them over other companies:-Theyre a family owned business.-They mentioned on their website that they dont keep credit card information on file. No upfront deposit either.-They have real reviews. There are some bad reviews, but hey no business is perfect. As long as its real and the amount of good is more than bad. Thats what matters to me.And to be fair, its not always their fault since theyre the broker who deals with both drivers and customers.-What I got from reading the reviews was that this company seem genuine. It seems that I can trust them. Thats exactly what Im looking for and thats why I choose them!My experience with them:-David was patient and took the time to answer all my concerns. Just as everyone else, I too was feeling overwhelmed and worried about the whole process, but after talking with David, I felt that I could trust him and so I felt better.-The driver did arrive later than we anticipated, but its not a problem. I had to ship my car from Virginia to California and got a quote from KVB Auto around 3 weeks before the ship date. Long story short I had to pay higher than what was quoted because it was such a popular time to ship cars. (At no fault of KVB Auto). I appreciated how transparent KVB Auto was and how I could easily reach them. When my car hadn’t been picked up 6+ days after the first available ship date, everyone I talked to at KVB Auto helped me understand what was going on and helped me find a solution. Boxster shipped from Austin TX to Kansas City. I initially found KVB (David) through one of those get a shipping quote links that gets you about 12 quotes and an enormous amount of spammy emails afterwards. I didnt get buy that initial car they the quoted for me but they were the cheapest so when I got a different car I contacted David for a new quote. Always friendly, courteous and responsive to contact. The truck and driver they sent were also great. I would 100% recommend KVB Auto Transport.

KVB Auto Transport were friendly and patient in explaining how the process of having a car shipped worked. They stayed in communication throughout the process and were able to answer my questions. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Kevin was great! I needed a vehicle transported from Boise to St Louis, and I needed it fairly quickly. I received quotes from approximately 30 transport companies; all the quotes were $200-$300 more than I ended up paying KVB! My car was scheduled for pick-up within 48 hrs; unfortunately the truck experienced a fault and was unable to pick-up. However, within 2 hours Kevin had scheduled another company, for the next day. Now this is what makes me say: If you need a vehicle transported, go with KVB, because not only do they achieve great prices, but they have integrity, honesty and stick to the prices quoted; very rare in the transport business! Because the price had been agreed with the initial company that had truck issues, the second company picking up at short notice, quoted $50 higher. Instead of passing the extra cost onto me, which you would expect, no Kevin simply reduced his brokers fee by half, so my total price was exactly as promised. So thats why I say give KVB a try! Oh, and my car arrived at home at 12:15am, only 18 hrs after pick-up; not bad considering it was 1600 miles. (Note: The truck had two drivers!) I worked with Kevin on the transport of my 2004 BMW from Alabama to Ohio in March 2021. Due to the seller being in and out of town it wasnt the easiest task to find a driver, and we had to cancel on one due to a storm, but Kevin stuck with it and found a driver that picked up the car on a Monday and delivered it on Tuesday. Moved across country from CO to GA, and had to fit most of my life into the trunk of my car, so I wanted to find and put my trust into a company that is reliable and communicative during the shipping process, and KVB Auto really exceeded my expectations. Updated 7/7 3:15: Dismissal of a poor experience seems par for the course. Our order was under our salesmans name of Branko from Pauly Acura and it was for a GMC Acadia. There is definitely no mistaking the company, nor the three employees that I spoke to. This was clearly a poorly managed order. It looks like the response is about what is to be expected from this company.7/7 1:15. We had KVB recommended to us from a dealer we bought our car from being out of state. We were originally quoted 2-5 days for pick up and 1 day transport as we are 500 miles away. We ended up having an awful experience with them as they could not deliver at all!After the first week went by, we had to call the office as the person (Brad) assigned to our order wouldnt return our calls. They told us there was a truck that had broken down and were looking for another. Dee Ann was very helpful in the beginning.The second week goes by, after more calls to the office, he reaches out and tells us they are offering the drivers more money to come pick it up.After the third week went by, we called and were told (David) they had no idea why it hadnt been assigned and transported. He couldnt figure it out as we had spoken a few times over two weeks as well. He was as helpful as he probably could be. We had to end up cancelling the order and flying out to drive it back ourselves.The caution would be that they offer affordable transport, but then the amount is not encouraging enough for drivers to want to take the orders and fulfill them. Definitely beware of quoted timeframes as they were never even in communication with us about a real time estimate.I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

Brad was extremely helpful! I was overwhelmed after reading so many awful experiences from other companies, I was so skeptical. He did not pressure me to use his business he told me his approach and how his company operates. One of the drivers that showed up tried to charge me an extra amount for having things in my car, which I only had in total around 35lbs. I called Brad right away and he told me not to sign any papers with the driver and he would get me someone else. Sure enough, within minutes he had assigned me another driver to take my car from Atlanta to Boston. The new assigned driver was communicative and professional. I got my car back within a day! I highly recommend this team to work with.

I used KVB Transport to orchestrate the transportation of my vehicle from CA to PA. This was my first time transporting a vehicle and when inquiring with various companies, it can become overwhelming with the amount of repeated calls, texts, and e-mails that they all send. Moreover, all of the quotes I received for enclosed transport from other companies were $500 - $1,000 higher than what KVB quoted me. As a matter of fact, some companies even sent me screenshots of my transport bid on the registry telling me that no driver would be willing to pick up and transport my vehicle at the requested amount. Based on this, I even called KVB and myself suggested that we raise the amount to transport my vehicle in order to attract a driver. Kevin at KVB said to me, No. thats a waste of your money. Im on it. Later that day, Kevin called back with a driver and an enclosed transport truck ready to go at the initial quote price (and not a dollar more). My car arrived 3 days early and the driver was excellent. KVB was different than the other companies: They were no-nonsense, informative, and professional. Kevin also has a great sense of humor and puts you at ease with the whole process. I would use them again and have already recommended them to others.

First time shipping my car and I got in touch with a lot of shippers or brokers. I was extremely unfamiliar with the process and was contacted by an insane number of companies. I got in touch with quite a few of them. Finalized quotes with Montway, Ship a car direct. Kevin from KVB reached out to me as well and I am so glad I took the time to talk to him. Every other broker, and I mean every single one of them obviously had their own interest in mind. Kevin heard me out, worked with me, and in the end made sure that my car was shipped out within two days, raising the money for for the carrier BY DROPPING HIS BROKERS FEE. Every other company I connected with wanted to raise the quote to attract drivers, but it would come out of my own pocket. Kevin was the only one who did it different and raised the money for the driver without charging me anything extra. I highly HIGHLY recommend at the very least talking to Kevin at KVB before making a decision and going with another company. Since I can’t respond directly to your response I guess I’ll elaborate here. So when Brad booked the order I was told he had listed my transport for pickup and delivery in your database. I was also told that I can expect to hear back the week of Nov 10/11 when I needed my car. Days went by with no update. Throughout this whole process from the first time I spoke with Brad I had assumed he had submitted my request for transport drivers, but everytime I tried to get an update all I got was super delayed or no replay and when the last time I asked I got a “I’ll call you back.” The whole experience was not at all what I expected.

There are better companies out there. Do your research for sure! Theyve been telling me give them a couple more days just to find a driver. Its been over a week. Feel like Ive gotten the run around and nothing is going to go through. I contacted another broker and within a hour he had a driver and everything taken care of. Just do your homework people, what worked for someone else may not work for you depending on the circumstances. Find a company you thatll keep you in the loop and not just ghost you until you contact them. I received a call back after doing an online quote from the owner. His price was so low I was waiting for the catch! I’ve shioped a few cars and know the drill... and the hooks!I heard ZERO. So then I expected the driver wouldn’t show up or would fool around and then try to add more money...Nope. Driver showed up ON TIME! KVB called to check in and I needed to it ZERO upfront. An amazing experience! The cost to transport the car from Milwaukee to Miami was a third of the cost of any other company. Not only did they get the car there in 2 days, but the driver drove our car to my daughters house and ubered back to his truck. I would definitely recommend KVB Auto Transport over any other company.

Had a flawless experience with Kevin to ship a car 1,600 miles. The transporter arrived a day early which was more convenient for me to pick up the car in the evening after work. KVBs prices were also considerably lower (but this was also right when the CV started and in the CA Bay Area). Kevin was also very prompt in answering my quote request to start the process. Overall, I was very very happy with the experience.

I was very pleased with my experience. There was a slight delay on pick up day which seemed to be due to a lot of folks deciding to go north at the same time....virus related. The driver was excellent keeping me informed of the pick up and arrival time.Hope to do business with them again.
