I didn’t get the girls name but I had the BEST experience possible! I went in and she asked me if I need help almost instantly. I told her that i wanted to dye my hair purple but wasnt sure how to go about doing that. she helped me pick out every product and explained everything i would need to do. i followed all her directions and my hair came out awesome! i wish i got her name. she is the cute little goth girl with blonde hair. thank you so much!

Good retailer for salon-quality hair products, hair tools, nail care, and endless beauty supplies. If an item is not on the shelf (more often than not), they can order and have it shipped to your home.This location needs to expand their selection of products and refresh the variety, or lack thereof.
I don’t even know where to start on the things that went wrong, but let’s just say that my 16-year-old cousin knew more than the staff did and helped me out more than they did. They literally had no idea what they were doing.
Unhappy with the Vernon Hills Sallys. I came in looking for products that would fit the look I wanted and asked for product recommendations. The first product was terrible and didnt achieve any kind of result and the second was a dye and the staff didnt bother to let me know I needed purchase a separate creme developer.Ill go get what I need from Ulta or Target from now on.
I am a loyal customers to Sally’s but not this particular establishment. Visiting from California, where discrimination isn’t as blatant. Unaware that at this particular store, help is received in the order of skin color. The staff on site lacked basic customer service skills, ethics, respect, but somehow seemed to effortlessly portray negligence and discriminatory characteristics. Hopefully, staff will be under scrutiny for such poor quality of choices for staff.
