I came in last minute when my baker cancelled on me I needed 5 dozen cookies asap. They were so helpful and these cookies were perfect! The cookies looked amazing and tasted wonderful. Thank you for doing such an amazing job.

2nd time they dropped the ball. First order got lost between the delivery drivers seat then found 2 days later. Today’s order, for my office managers birthday, customers service is terrible, couldn’t locate my order. Called back, 2nd service rep was apathetic, told me my driver would deliver my order some time before 5pm. Asked for a specific eta... she stated, “I don’t know.” Dead silence on the phone so I hung up. My office manager left at 4:30... cookies delivered at 5:05pm. I’ll never order from them again. Great product.... terrible customer service and communication.

Hi. I have used Cookies by Design for a few years now. I love the cookies and customer service is 5 stars.I visited the Vernon Hills, Illinois store Monday November 7th and was greated by the staff. I explained that my wonderful girlfriend is on a gluten-free diet and was hoping they could help me. The staff pointed out the fruit baskets and showed me the gluten-free designs.I placed an order and the great helpful staff explained that the cookies would be made in the Naperville, Illinois store and I could pick up my order on Tuesday.As promised the cookies were ready on Tuesday. My girlfriend loved the arrangement and the cookies.I may have tried a bite. I really cant taste the difference between the gluten-free cookies and the regular cookies. Both are super yummy...My Sweetheart is very happy with the gift from Cookies by Design.Thank you for great products and great staff.Your faithful customerPhilip Opal
