Matt at Top Fitness did a great job helping me evaluate a range of rowers. I was able to try Waterrowers and Hydrow and he was very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each. While I have a Peloton Bike, Peloton Tread+, and Tonal, incorporating rowing would be new for me. In addition, Matt was helpful in brainstorming different options regarding how to fit a rower into my dedicated workout room. In the end, I decided to go with Hydrow and feel confident that I made the right decision. At no point in the process did I feel high-pressured by Matt, but rather a consultative experience.

So purchased a spirit treadmill that came and didnt turn on. After several attempts to fix this they couldnt and they upgraded me to a better model. Good customer service.

I just bought a Powertec Multipress from them. Prior to my purchase, I had done a lot of research online about the piece. When I went in store, both salesmen were extremely knowledgeable about the piece. They answered all my concerns about the piece.They had it delivered from their warehouse to the store by the end of the week and the Multipress is easily assembled in my home.I appreciated their knowledge, prompt service and great price!I look forward to getting future fitness equipment from them.

My purchase for a new Precor treadmill at your Vernon Hills store was not only pleasant, but Wayne did a great job answering my questions about the choice of an elliptical and the treadmill I ultimately purchased. He spent at least an hour with me chatting, very friendly. He gave me a great price and I appreciate what he did.i will certainly recommend him and the store to anyone I know who is interested in equipment. Delivery was quick, the boys who delivered and picked up the old equipment were awesome.

My experience with this store and its manager was outstanding. I was in the market for a home fitness gym and had been ignored by the sales people at the first store I went to. I saw that the Precor store had just opened and so I decided to check it out. I am glad I did. Not only is the machine I bought a better product, the service I received both on that day as well as after the sale was outstanding. Wayne the manager of the store couldnt be more friendly and genuinely concerned about understanding your fitness needs. He wants to make sure that you get what you need and that you are fully satisfied with the product. I would recommend him and his store to anyone in the market for fitness equipment. Id give him more than 5 stars

Our experience at Precors new store in Vernon Hills was extraordinary. Despite being a new store (a month old at the time of my visit) it was really well put together and offered a wide array of home exercise equipment. But, their inventory was nothing compared to the customer service we received. We had the pleasure of working with Wayne who was not only knowledgable about each and every piece of equipment we were looking at, but went above and beyond with his incredibly high level of service: from proactive engagement with their delivery & setup service to earnest follow up with us both before and after the equipment was delivered. I honestly cant recall the last time a sales associate ever called to let me know the status of an order let alone calling me afterwards to check-in just to make sure everything went well.TLDR: Extraordinary customer service coupled with great equipment made our experience a memorable one. If youre looking for home exercise equipment, I cant imagine a better place to go.
