I came in looking for a fabric swatch for our couch.They have a great selection of fabric to choose from. We worked with a Michelle and she was great! She was really pleasant, outgoing and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed working with her. Employees like her are valuable to a business for building that great customer service experience. If you are decorating, this is the place to go for fabric! The store is FULL of fabrics to choose from! There are thousands of upholstery fabrics for inside and out. They are discounted and there are often sales, so be sure to check on further discounts. The staff is very helpful and took time with each customer. Don’t be in a hurry when you go here. Between so much to look at and the personal service they give each customer, you may be enjoying yourself too much to hurry.

I love to shop at Loomcraft. Theres so much to choose from. You can take all the time you need to browse and decide what fabric is best for your project. The staff has always been very helpful. If you need additional fabric, they will search their other locations for more yards

Ive been going to Loomcraft for over 20 years. I have used their upholstery service many tines and used their fabrics on more projects than I can count. I went in today and needed assistance. One person was at the register area on her cell phone googling or texting and the other person that I asked for help, Jeanine, was so rude and had zero customer service skills. I had found a remnant that I liked and asked her if she knew if they had anything similar to the remnant. She kept repeating herself that the remnant I had was a remnant! That is why I asked her for help!!! She brought me over to the yellow section of fabric and told me to look here. I told her I needed help selecting a fabric and she actually said this is an outlet & this is where the yellow fabric is, I dont know what we have, I honestly could not believe the rudeness and the effort she was making in not helping me. After a few minutes of this, I just shook my head and said I will come back another day. I wont give up on Loomcraft after I had twenty great years of shopping with them but I hope they get their customer service in check. Jeanine should not be working with the public. What a shame for Loomcraft.**when I go in again, I will update my review. Probably within the next month when I do a different project. Hopefully I can give five stars

Very helpful and friendly staff, and a wide variety of textiles to choose from! Everything is organized by color, which I found to be extremely handy. The only thing that could make the experience better would be if the tags on the fabric bolts had a fiber content.
