Bought a new cubs hat and got it with J.Baez auto on the side of it! Timing was no more than 7 to 10 minutes to get it done. Customer service was great. Talked a bit about sports and got amazing service all in one!

Dont come here to get your hats embroidered!! The employees will tell you hats will be there and ready by a certain time, knowing that the hats have to come from different stores that have them why not order a few here and there so you could have some ready by now instead of waiting for an entire shipment to come in! Then when it did eventually come in have to wait 2-3 more days for the embroidery to be done! On top of that saying there was an error in the warehouse and offer me some cheap hat instead of the new eras that were ordered and paid for!! Yes I did ask for some sort of discount for the error that was made being the fact that I paid for all of it already and I got a take it or leave it offer so I cancelled the order and had my money returned. Horrible customer service a gentleman was waiting behind me in line when I was ordering the hats and the guy couldnt even say Ill be right with you sir, I told him to help him since I was still deciding on a design.

Pricey but pretty good selection

Twice now I have drove to the Mall to get a hat from Lids just to find the store closed during its regular business hours. What a joke for a staff!!
