Ordered a product online for pickup. It showed in stock and on sale. Three hours after ordering, still no email message to pickup. Keep in mind, this isnt Lowes or Home Depot. Picking an order here takes less than 60 seconds. I finally go to the store to be told that the product is out of stock but similar are available, all for a higher price. Classic bait and switch. To top it off, these covidphobes made me wear a mask. All done with VS.

Terrible return policy and poor assistance with help choosing product. I recommend reviewing options with Doctor, Trainer and/or Google and then purchasing online. Less expensive and most likely will result in a better outcome. Dont buy anything from Vitamin Shoppe.

Staff is exceptional!! They know me and my children by name now. Great service. I saw the gentleman in the wine department extremely knowledgeable and eager to help.

Staff has always been exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. I come here at least twice a month for various supplements, and have skidded in two minutes before closing time on several occasions. Staff were friendly and welcoming, regardless. I prefer going into the store rather than shopping online for precisely this reason. There is almost always something I’m looking for on sale, and I earn points for shopping. I will keep coming back!

This store has the best customer service! I was in there earlier today and I forgot my receipt, they heard me say the purchase was for work and they tracked me down to see if I needed it! Just a pleasure to run into a store with such great people working there!

It was my go to place but the employees are lazy. They closed the doors 5 minutes before their posted closing time. 2 employees: 1 tall big guy and one small guy, completely ignored me as I stood at the door. Didnt even face me, pretended I wasnt there. I drove out of my way to go here instead of GNC. Never again.

I lost my sons tennis in this store, someone from the store called me to say that the tennis would be there, I came back and they simply threw away! I did not like what happened, very bad experience with them!
