Erroll is amazing at his job. So friendly and knowledgeable. He did everything I needed to do in order to purchase a new phone, transfer my old phone to my daughter and setting up the return to get credit for an old phone. I highly recommend him and sure hope he sticks around so I can do business with him in the future. Glad we met Erroll and thank you again

I recently had the pleasure working with Errol when I upgraded my phone. I am a chronic researcher and had visited the store 3 times asking questions. Errol was helpful and informative. He understood my needs and wants in a phone and helped me narrow the search.After pulling the trigger, I had run into some issues since I switched from IOS to Android. Errol spent hours helping me. He did not give up trying to problem solve my issues. After many attempts, Errol completed my transfer. Through the whole ordeal, he was pleasant, optimistic and sympathetic to my frustration.I would recommend anyone to this Verizon store! Went with my dad to the new TCC Verizon store in Vernon after his old iPhone stopped working. Fadeela was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. She answered all our questions and guided us through the upgrade process. If you find yourself in need of a new phone I highly recommend you make you way to this store and ask for her.

Full of lies. We went there to get new service and new phones. Not going to get into details, but the sales guy told us a heap of lies. After the signup and contract is when we began to discover the lies as the truth unfolded. After contacting Verizon customer service (who were great, by the way) we were told that the store in Vernon is an authorized retailer, not a true Verizon store. Do not go to TCC in Vernon, CT unless you want to be cheated and lied to.

Good store but anyone buying pure pledge gear be careful they tell you to register it and then if the screen protector for your phone cracks they will reimburse you up to $100. Well thats complete nonsense the pure pledge company doesnt reach out to you if your register and when you try and call them its gets you nowhere except a prompt telling you nobody can take the call and then disconnects. If you email them they dont seem to respond. Overall just dont buy any pure pledge product if it breaks your pretty much on your own dont count on any warranty from pure pledge.

The store manager, Jonathan, and the assistant, Maraya are quite knowledgeable on products and programming apps etc. NOTE, within the next couple months, this store will be relocating closer to Tri-City Plaza.

Bit of a dump as Verizon stores go. There was only one associate working at 5 pm on a Wednesday, so things were backed up just as you would imagine they would be.

One of the worest experiences I have had with a wireless store. They told a bunch of lies when signing up and gave me the run around. Very unhappy and disappointed with the services received from this store.
