Great Starbuck store.

Staff is very nice but waiting 20-30 mins for a black coffee multiple times a week is not ok.

Love this starbucks! Never have gotten my order wrong. Each staff member is always pleasant and courteous. Today was a particularly difficult day, with many mobile orders coming through. It was worth the wait and each barista/employee kept a calm and polite composure. I love this starbucks! Thank you to each and every one of the baristas! ❤️

They are so nice at this location and our dogs love visiting the window!

Service lately there seems to get better with every visit. Orders done right and in a timely manner.

They were out of what I wanted at 8 am. Reluctantly I bought a caramel macchiato. It was horrible. It taste like they made it in an ashtray. And, it had a cat hair on the lid (I dont have a dog or cat, no animals at all). Starbucks is getting worse almost everywhere.

Be ready to wait for 25 minutes for a coffee on the weekend.

Loved it! The staff are so pumped up to provide excellent service. And my white mocha was exquisite. They put a smile on me and my tummy. Thank you Mrs. Starbucks youve made my day!!!☕❤

Long slow line

I love STARBUCKS! The staff is always courteous and I get to use my BAZILLION STARS that I have thanks to the CHASE STARBUCKS CC!

Love Starbucks for the most part, but its like they run out of items at this location (Vernon) constantly and I keep having to drive to farther Starbuck locations.

Always a long line and they rarely get our order correct

The last 2 times my wife and I have been, our order has been incorrect. Not only that, but when we did receive the correct drinks the cups were only half full. Definitely a rip off when you consider that both drinks totaled over 11 dollars. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Good service, very fast, clean store and friendly competent Baristas. I order from this Starbucks about once a week and Im never disappointed.

Sometimes the line is a bit long and it stretches into the street between it and the Taco bell but aside from that everything about it is great, the staff is friendly and the food is great. I was hoping they would make the Butterbeer from the secret menu but they didnt have all the ingredients (darn!), not their fault. No complaints here though, all my experiences with this place have all been positive.

Many times I ask for light ice and its not served as asked. Its disappointing.

Unlike some Starbucks that I have recently been to, THIS ONE will allow you to use the bathroom. Bonus points: it was clean. YAY. Drive through was not designed to interfere with cars that need to park...or vice versa.But I realized something. COVID has damaged the Starbucks experience. Because we customers cant get our drinks and then fuss with adding just a little more cream or sprinkle of this or could you add a little more coffee... its too sweet -- its not so great anymore. Even the coffee doesnt seem as consistent.PS. The Starbucks in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia was exactly what I expected. The one in the train station in Madina was a bit different because it was tiny, and I was dealing with limited english and a menu that was not familiar looking. But good coffee.

Excellent stuff

The most pathetically long drive-thru line ever! In addition, our order was wrong. Eveything was incorrect, and really, how difficult is it to put two of the same tea bag in a cup of hot water? Had no time to go back to fix our messed up order after waiting so long. Needless to say, will not return to this location!

Great, friendly service and excellent coffee. A little difficult to find with our GPS directions, but totally worth the detour. Very light and airy, loads of seating.

The staff is always friendly, and my order is 99.99 percent of the time consistent. There is however almost always a looking drive through wait. Maybe not their fault, just sparce locations around? Expect a long drive through wait +5 min average when I go, I have been there for 15-20 before.

Jakeem ALWAYS has a positive attitude and a kind thing to say. No matter how early it is, and he said he doesnt even drink coffee. That kid deserves a raise!

We sometimes stop on the way to work or on the weekends and use the drive thru. We almost always are served by Alicia who is absolutely WONDERFUL. She is friendly, patient, and generally gives off a great vibe. Thank you Alicia!!In general, the line can get pretty long in the mornings but usually moves along just fine. They have always gotten my order right, even in rushes, and overall I’m very pleased and will continue to go back :)

Fast friendly drive through service.

I went there to pick my morning coffee on the way to work I found staff is little slow but it was clean and well maintained compared to other stores I have visited.Things they may need to improve: speed of delivery. Specially in mornings.Things they doing good: clean and well maintained environment.Accepts most mobile payments.Accepts Amex, Discover, Visa, Master cards.

Lets face it... Drinks are great and so versatile in this dedicated place. Food is good but also take n the pricey side. And would love to see a location in TOLLAND CT!!

The staff are very friendly and the drinks are always perfect. I love the energy in there, from a customer perspective it looks very cohesive. It’s always clean and every time I go I’m surprised at how quickly I’m in and out, especially because a lot of their drinks are complicated. Overall great service.

Good to find real coffee in the land of Dunkin Donuts

The slowest drive through on earth. 20+ minutes and more to go. Juice aint worth the squeeze.

Why is the line so long and slow? Ive literally waited over 15 mins here. The drive -thru crawls at 2pm on Saturday. I go every few months, and its always so slowwwww :(

I had a turkey bacon sandwich which was about average and my fiancé had a Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher which she loved.

They say we do can do an online order so that’s what my mom and I did and we can’t even go into get it we have to wait in about a 25 minute line. Very slow here.

Busy, but not chaotic. Plays great music at a reasonable volume. Staff is friendly and helpful. Space is comfortable, though not always spotless. (I dont mind a bit of mess.) I come here to work on paperwork for my job and I find the environment conducive to getting work completed. There are lots of places to plug in charging cables and the WIFI is seamless. The people to come here are friendly and reasonable. Love it here.

Covid rules still but its ok

Extremely accessible gender neutral bathrooms (there is an adjustable pull down bar beside the toilet!), friendly baristas, and they made my husbands custom drink perfectly. If there was an automatic push-to-open button for the door, itd be the most accessible Starbucks Ive ever been in.

Every time I order my drinks in the morning or even afternoon they are never ever made correctly. Ive tried ordering different ways and still never made right. :( if I could I would ask for another drink but theyve made even a tea lemonade drink wrong...without lemonade. *sigh*

This is the least professionally run Starbucks Ive ever seen in any city in any country. They were so busy trying to close the shop 1.5 hours before closing that they couldnt be bothered to take my order or take care of any of the customers. Their overriding goal was getting the heck out of the shop. Ive seen this sort of thing in cheap ass fast food places but never in a Starbucks. There are plenty of other Starbucks in the area. Go to them instead.

Over the past 2 weeks, the service here has improved drastically. Great job! Beverages and Food here are always great but service is what keeps people coming back. Happy to drive in daily!

This Starbucks was so abysmally slow for its first year of operation,to the point where I had to build another 20 minutes into my commute, but I stuck with them because the location was so darn convenient.Glad I stuck around because theyve improved drastically. Order is almost always correct, reasonable drive thru times, friendly and well- trained staff.

Always love my vernon Starbucks!! Staff is always nice and friendly. The only thing I could possibly complain about is the drive thru line and how long it takes to get thru but thats not the workers fault. I cant wait until the Cafe opens again!!

A clean, quiet location. The staff is friendly and bring out food/clean off tables for customers as needed.Watch out for the bathroom hand dryers though--very powerful and blows soapy water out of the sink and onto the floor...EDIT: since school started, UCONN students take over the tables and sit for hours

Ordered two iced coffees on the app. Was quoted 3-6 minutes to make. Arrived at location 5 minutes after I ordered. 10 minutes later my order still wasn’t ready. I saw my empty cups with my name on it, yet watched people get in line, order, then receive their order before me. Someone else was waiting for their mobile order and finally said something. They then made her order, then one of my drinks. Only once the line was gone inside did they make my last drink. Total wait time: 25 minutes. Will never mobile order from here again as they clearly don’t prioritize mobile orders like every other business I’ve been to does (for comparison the Dunkin next door has my coffee ready in 2 minutes flat every time, no matter how busy). Not sure if this is more of an issue with the employees or the direction given by management, but regardless I won’t take the risk again...

I love Starbucks and i love Starbuckss coffee. I like my coffee black and very hot, but plain coffee in there is not dark enough and its not hot at all. But I have to say so friendly and kindly staff.

One of my top 3 Starbucks locations in Connecticut. Great atmosphere, perfect for getting some work done. Just wish for a bit more seating!

Usually waiting in line through the drive-thru for atleast 10 minutes, typically have had the wrong drink made. Today, after waiting to order (4 minutes) I ordered the dragon drink and mango-dragonfruit lemonade, both with light ice. Neither drank came with the dragonfruit pieces, and the dragon drink came checked full with ice. Only told sorry for the wait. Finally drove away 13 minutes later. The staff inside seemed either new or they had no idea what was going on. Will not be going back.

Pretty active place; a lot of rushing around at albeit at a busy time. Perhaps the Baristas could look up and smile a little more. Starbucks is a social and welcoming place is it not?

I am on keto. I always get my venti ice coffee no classic with 4 sugar free vanilla and heavy cream. This isnt the first time this has happened to me. Today i got a venti iced coffee with milk with 4 sugar and 3 pumps vanilla ?! I switched from dunkin and am thinking of going back. These coffees arent cheap. And now im cheating on my diet because for the 4th time this month my coffee has been wrong :( they always have a friendly staff tho but i have a 1 1/2 yr old and after waiting 20 min in the drive thru i dont have time or patience to take her out of the car to get the coffee i want. Nor should i have to.

Strangely I waited an exceptionally long time at the drive thru. Not normally like that. So I cant fault them for an off day. Usually excellent service.

Staff was friendly, food and coffee was good but they had all their employees staffing the drive through window and only one working the line inside the cafe. Waited in line for ten minutes before I spoke to anyone.

This is the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. I would give it less stars if I could. I waited 30 minutes for my mobile order and when I confronted one of the staff they were very rude and responded to me “well I don’t know what’s going on”. Very disappointed in this experience and I will never return to this location.

Getting drinks here almost always have to be remade. I get an iced tea which is supposed to be shaken (it’s literally called a shaken iced tea...) and I ask for it extra shaken (so it actually gets shaken) and I’m lucky if it’s shaken at all. The manager here is really great and a few of the staff are great. But as a former partner, it’s just not up to the Starbucks par that I’m used to. Like at all. But 3 stars because maybe they’re trying?

First visit here in the drive through. Staff was polite, service was quick, and I could swear there was no espresso whatsoever in my latte. It was a cup of milk foam, basically.

It was okay. I didnt have any qualms with them. They didnt actually have what I wanted, but thats no fault of their own.

Morning shift doesnt pay attention to mobile orders. Put in my order about 8 minutes before I got there and it still wasnt ready with other mobile orders ahead of me no one in drive thu and only one couple in the lobby there was absolutely no reason for it. I also had to leave for work without coffee because there was no way it would be ready in time.

Just sat in line for 20 minutes and couldnt even get my coffee because I had to get back to work! Most of the barristas here are pretty rude also. Minus a select 1 or 2. There is ALWAYS a 10 minute plus wait here.
