My hearing aids often malfunction. When I change presets using the button on the hearing aide about 10% of the time if fails to change the preset on the left hearing aid. The hearing aids have been sent back to the home office in MN three times and although the problem has improved from 50% malfunction to now 10%, the problem continues to persist. These are suppose to be high quality hearing aids, however, I am unhappy with this continual problem. Previous to using these Starkey hearing aids I first Seimens and then Octicon. I had zero problems with the Ocitcon hearing aids. However, I would like to point out that the staff is very pleasant and accommodating, especially Sara the audiologist.

I have been going to Hear Again in Vernon since I was 8 years old. Thats 20 years of great service. Dr. Gibbons was great with me when I was a child. I have great memories from my time with them. Dr. Shannon Gibbons allowed 8 year old me pick the color of the hearing aid molds that I wanted (hot pink with sparkles, of course). She also let me choose what language I wanted the hearing aids to tell me when the batteries were low (Mandarin Chinese, because I think I was 12 and that was the coolest language I could think of). Now Im older and I wouldnt wish for better service from everyone who works at this office. Im comfortable with everyone there, and Im grateful for all of the help they have offered me over the years. I will always refer friends and family who need hearing aids to this office! Ask for an appointment with Stacey, shes wonderful!!

I am writing this on behalf of my parents Angelo & Carol Gesmundo, and have been to this office with them and seen first-hand how wonderful the service they provide. The staff at Hear Again are excellent at evaluating your current hearing, fitting hearing aids so they are comfortable, and adjusting the volume so that the aids work at their maximum levels.In particular, my parents rave about Allison Blunt, pictured with them below. Allison has a wonderful sense of humor, is smart, thorough, polite, and makes their visits to Hear Again fun! The quality of life of my mom & dad vis a vis their hearing has improved tremendously since they’ve obtained hearing aids.For all of these reasons, my parents and I STRONGLY recommend Hear Again, and ask for Allison Blunt specifically! Hear Again Center examined my ears for physical issues and series of hearing tests. the hearing aides recommended, Starkey, do not need batteries and are charged over night in a charger provided with the hearing aides. the charger also removes moisture from the hearing aides while they are being charged. there is an phone app, Thrive, I downloaded from the internet that monitors your hearing aides.the Hear Again Center representative did an excellent job in evaluating my hearing issues and explaining the functionality of the hearing aides they recommended I purchase. I received followup phone calls after I started using the new hearing aids, followed with followup office sessions to retest my hearing.

I am a long time hearing aid user. I started using hearing aids in 1999. The original hearing aids were the completely in the ear type.Se then I have worn four more sets of hearing aids. I was not planning to replace my current hearing aids but I was given the opportunity to try the newest hearing aids against my current hearing aids.I have extreme difficulty with speech discrimination and the new hearing aids help quite a bit. I am able now to follow conversations (in controlled environments) at the speed of speech. Previously I was always being tripped up by words and therefore I was usually behind in following a person speaking. This is an important concept since seriously impaired hearing results in exhaustion trying to follow another person speaking.

They are very knowledgeable and professional in all they do on your behalf; especially Allison & Sarah. Together they conduct very informative and professional seminars(attended two of them)while complementing each other very well. I always know when I go there, I am going to receive the best of care and be treated be treated respectfully. They are all like family. Keep up the good work!

Following my father-in-laws many years of positive experience with Hear Again Vernon I naturally became a customer when I resigned myself to my need for hearing improvement due to my inability to properly hear and understand my young grandchildren!I have not been disappointed during my three years of being a patient/customer. Lately my regular visits have been with Allison Blunt, whose care, competence and professional services I hold in high regard.

I had my 4 month follow up appointment at 9:00 am this morning with Allison Blunt. I always make sure that my appointments are with Allison. She removed any excess wax from both ears to prepare me for my annual hearing test. She performed an excellent hearing test as usual. We met in her office after the test and she was very thorough in explaining the test results and explaining the changes since my last test. She then made adjustments to my hearing aids based upon my hearing test results. I now can hear many sounds that I have missed in the past. Thank you Allison and looking forward to our next appointment on June 14th.

I have been a customer of Hear Again Center for more than 30 years for a very important reason--I am treated with respect, honesty, professionalism, and caring. The staff of Hear Again Center truly cares that I am helped by the products they provide and they pay attention to every little detail that might affect my ability to hear, counseling both me and family about what we can to do to improve my ability hear and understand what is said. Probably the most important thing I can say about them is that I trust them! They cant cure my hearing impairment, but they can do the next best thing--if you have a hearing impairment, you need to go to Hear Again Center. You will not be disappointed.

Had I reviewed this a year ago I would have definitely given it 5 stars as did others. Total different experience now that the person I used to work (Jennifer) with has left. The services she provided me each and every time is now considered an exception and requires time with someone else higher in the chain. The lady that previously serviced me was friendly and didnt make me feel like she was doing me a favor. When I purchased my hearing aids I received 3 years of services included in the price. New person felt a need to remind me what it would have cost without this coverage. I feel I paid upfront for the service and there was no need to remind me of the cost that would have been. I paid for it already. I am looking to see, even if I have to travel further, another office. Losing (I believe her name was Jennifer ) was a HUGE blow to the Vernon office.

Allison is totally knowledgeable and is over the top with her customer service!

Excellent professional & friendly staff; husband first time user has RIC style hearing aid, easy to use; my RIC style made for Tinnitus (has adjustable white noise); difficult to use regularly at first since no hearing problem but getting easier with time & happy know its there when needed.
