They had what we were looking for when no one else had it in stock. We drove 30 minutes to a different craft store that stated they had the product on the website but it was out of stock. We decided to try other craft stores in the area & Michaels was the only one open on a Sunday & also had it in stock.

I placed an order for curbside pick up. When I got there, I waited for 20 minutes before going inside the store to find someone. Of the 4 items I purchased, 2 were out of stock, which was not the stores fault. They were extremely busy and only have 5 registers. Only 2 or 3 were open when I got into the store. It took a representative another almost 10 minutes just to locate my order and when she did, only 1 item was there. She did go back to the aisle and look, but they were out of stock of that one as well. A different representative did offer me a replacement, so I was able to get something close. This rep also opened the other 2 or 3 aisles to help with customers.

Two ts and a y is how Brittany spelled her name at the Michaels in Vero Beach, when asked.In need of several picture frames and certificate display cases, I found myself checking out numerous sale items at Michaels. Brittany was helpful in directing me to numerous BOGO free frames and cases. She even suggested several frames that were buy one - get two free.Ending up with ten frames - in various sizes - and two display cases, I found Brittany to be helpful and polite.Clean store and plenty of parking. Kiki is literally the best framer I have worked with. She is patient, knowledgeable, and has great attention to detail. I highly recommend this location for framing high quality art and projects. We are more than satisfied.

I went in there inquiring about a framing a puzzle and it was quite the process. After standing in line at the framing counter, we were eventually met with a loud side comment from and employee on their cell phone that they were on lunch and needed to get from behind the counter since customers were lining up. I decided maybe to check the aisles at that point. After buying a not so cheap prefab frame that did not meet what I needed, I returned it that same day and tried the counter again. The prices were extremely unreasonable and being told my panoramic puzzle was a unique size that had to be specially made. I decided to look for other options and quick found that most websites offer framing for panoramic puzzles as a popular need, not very unique at all and at literally a FRACTION of the price! Displays2go ended up getting my business that day.

Normally dont do shopping on Thanksgiving, but was with family & got a beautiful tree at a great price. Fairly busy to be expected, but employees were still extremely helpful & friendly. Our cashier, Josh, was the best & you could tell he was working hard, but still smiling & making us smile. Thank you for a great experience!

Love this place, but what is up with the power at this particular location?? The lights dont work right and make it hard to see. Some of the cashiers cant handle online order returns they get too flustered.

I love shopping here! So many great things to get and lots of sales. I come here often with my little sister and we look for some fun arts and crafts we can do with some clearance items we find. The staff is nice and helpful too😊

With the exception of one young girl, employees dont seem to care to be there. Seasonal shelves empty with what would appear to be out of stocks to those who arent aware. Fill your presets with merchandise to prevent this poor going-out-of-business appearance.

Michaels is a great store. This would have been 5 stars except for the fact that the customer pickup is all the way in the back of the store in Framing with no signage to indicate it. In addition the whole idea behind order on line and pick up in store is that it saves you time. Well when you have to walk all the way to the back instead picking it up in customer service, its wasting my time.

One of the worst Jewelers I had ever visited. Some people gave them a good rating but it is false. I took my wives jewelry there to have it fixed and cleaned, got it back and some of the diamonds were missing. I took it back and asked to have repaired again and the jeweler seemed to have an attitude when I picked her jewelry up for the second time another diamond was missing. So if you want a great job on your jewelry take it to a dealer who specialize in selling and repairing jewelry.

I went to buy flowers for my daughters wedding. They had a lovely selection but for the amount of flowers that I needed, it got pretty pricey. I ended up getting the main flowers for her bouquet at Michaels but the rest of the filler flowers came from The Dollar Tree and were surprisingly very nice. But there were some things that I couldnt find anywhere else but Michaels.

My experience is always good. I found beads on sale. Which was a nice surprise. The stores Ive visited are always clean and neat. I didnt have to stand in line very long. I never do for the most part. They seem to run very efficiently. I have to keep myself focused, because they have so many great things in their store. You can also find some things ready made. Anything you could possibly want for crafting can be found in this store.
