Auto zone is what the name states.They have everything auto you could ever want,and on top of everything they will actually walk from behind the counter and guide you through most car problems. Knowledgeable, and friendly and a large selection of great car products.... The zone is most certainly the place to seek out in times of auto issues. 🚘

I pulled into AutoZone after getting my battery jump-started and was so kindly greeted by a gentleman named Neville. I told him I needed a new battery. He gave me the options and told me to open the hood and he’d meet me out there! I was so surprised as I truly thought I’d be on my own. He did the installation and took care of my old battery. This AutoZone will definitely be my go-to! Thanks, Neville!

I’ve always liked AutoZone and this one is no exception. It’s clean it’s open it’s well lit and the staff is friendly. I was in here for starter which they happen to have in stock which was nice and unusual. It seems like just about every time I’ve been here They’ve had exactly what I’m looking for. Tiffany was extremely knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction for our truck. She truly stepped above and beyond to help us when we felt stranded. Her and Corbin were kind and showed true customer service.

1st day went there to order parts no problem or issues. But the next day when I went pick up parts. 3 or 4 employees were in the store. All employees acted like it was a burden come help. Too busy talking (BSing)to each other, and trying to get someones attention outside of the store instead of helping the customers inside the store. Male employee was too busy knocking on the window to properly take care of ringing me out... it took 5 minutes just to give $4.00 change... needs either retrained or out of the business!!!!!

Girl at counter helped with a serpentine belt, I told her I wanted the best one available...she dropped one on the counter and said it was the one....look at receipt, only one year warranty...took it back with receipt exchanged duralast for champ io on with 3 yr warranty...visit the state rd 60 store, more knowledgable staff,better service

Came in on the spot for a new battery, called and within 15 minutes I was able to come out with a new battery installed. Neville was very knowledgeable and friendly! He made having to get a new battery a lot less stressful :) he is a great store manager!

I just had an outstanding experience at this shop. Spoke with Neville on the phone to confirm they carried a battery for my car. When I purchased it he took the time to put it in, lube the connections to avoid corrosion, AND showed me that I was out of radiator fluid. COMPLETELY dry. He was kind enough to put it in the reserve tank for me too! This will definitely be my go-to auto store. Thanks Neville, your we’re kind, professional, and pleasant to work with. I have not seen better customer service ANYWHERE. I was driving my Dads vette across state from Lake Wales to my home in Vero. Stopped at a drive thru to bring some food home when the car began overheating. Fortunately, Auto Zone was within sight. Stopped there for help. JUSTIN was absolutely amazing. Helped me find the right coolant and then went above and beyond when I found out the battery was dead too!!! Gave me a jump start so I could move the car near the store and then installed a new battery for me. AMAZING. Thank you.

Not friendly or helpful like the new store on SR 60

The experience was not good. I order a deep stick and a hood holder they advised me that it would arrived the next day when I went to pick it up to my surprise they said that the hood holder wasn’t there until one more day. And the deep stick I received was not for my car. When I came back to return it and try to show the picture instead of looking at it or to see if they could get it the answer was if you got that u it a because we don’t have the other one. WHAAAAATTTT??? And I am the customer.

Had my son go back up with receipt to get a court charge back they refuse to give court charge back because they said their policy is they have to have a debit card with a sign up that clearly says if you paid with debit you get cash back even pointing the sign out to them they still refuse to give the cash back causing me to have to leave my job to go back up there and get a return will never do business here again

The service was awesome! My car battery was really corroded and Neville went above and beyond to helped me out with it. He then gave me some recommendations on how to care for my battery.He was very pleasant and patient, even though it was so hot and humid out. He is the perfect example of what a qualified, professional staff should be.

It took a minute to track someone down for help but once I had someone it was great. I needed a pretty obscure part for an older vehicle and the gentleman at the counter quickly determined that they actually had one in stock, retrieved it, and rang me up. I will definitely use this store again.

Jay went out of his way to help us with a car problem tonight- he was so nice and didn’t mind stepping away to show us some things under the car hood. It’s hard to find quick and efficient customer service today but Autozone was right on it! Thank you, Jay!

I needed a new car battery and went to another Autozone in town but their staff was not trained to replace mine for me. Feeling hopeless because all other auto shops were closed, I tried this Autozone instead. Neville helped me immediately and had my battery replaced within 10 minutes! His friendliness and efficiency had me leaving in a much better mood than I came in. Thanks Neville!

Neville was amazing. My tail light was out. I went to another Autozone which gave me the light bulb but didnt change it. And suggested I watch a Youtube video to install it. Now, I dont know how to do these things. I called this location and they said they could help. Neville changed it in a jif. I even tried to offer him a tip for his time but he refused to accept it. Kind, quick and professional.

Wasnt pleased..I wanted to return a part but it didnt mach with my phone number so now Im stuck with a part that I dont even need!plus the sold me the wrong part!

Good store to do your shopping for car parts or accessories if you bring time. Sometimes it is empty and they are helpful, another time they are busy talking to each other and forgetting their mission. Friendly and clean store in general. Nice parking on a busy street makes it easy to refill your windshield reservoir etc.

Amazing customer service. Wonderful customer service for Spanish speaking customers as well. Staff is always smiling. The store manager was also helpful and sweet.

Terrible service. Go to OReillys. AutoZone refused to honor warranty on Sylvania bulb, even though product was within manufacturers warranty period, product packaging said it could be returned to place of purchase for refund, and I had the original reciept. Was told by AutoZone manager that AutoZone refuses to honor warranty claims beyond 3 months, even if product has 12 month warranty. Go to OReillys. They honor warranties for 12 months and they dont jerk around the customer.

Have 99+% of what l would like to have 99.9+% of the time. The personnel are very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. If l had a business l would hire every one there that is how they rate.

But a windshield wiper for the drivers side of my car, the wiper was a high-end Bosch that I chose the wrong style Im used to a J hook so its not a J hook, they exchanged it with no problem and they went and picked out the ones with the J hook, very pleasant people.

I came to get a check engine light read. They were very friendly. Had regular trafffic and enough employees to serve everyone very quickly. Located off. US1 in Vero Beach.

Not much help at all, unless you drive a $50,000 vehicle.. Over an hour there and not one associate offered to assist me...So I went to O O OReily and immediately was helped...

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!I called at about 8am, to see if they had the fuel pump I needed. The guy on the phone confirmed that they had it in stock. When he brought the box out, it had crushed corners, and had been opened. I told him I dont usually take open boxes, because something is always missing. He said, Lets check. He opened it, and he said, It looks like everything is there, and I asked if he was sure. ( I am not a mechanic) I took the pump, and made the 21 mile drive back out to the west side of 95. When I gott there, my mechanic said, the strainer sock is missing!!! I called the store, and spoke to the same guy. I asked about it, and he said, Sometimes they sell em without it!!! I said, Dont you think you could have told me that??? He said, Well, you looked at it!!! I hung up the phone, (I dont argue with morons), and made the 21 mile drive back to return the pump. The store managers heard my complaint, and could care less. Not even a Sorry.......nothing!!! The male manager even went to the back of the store, when the girl asked him to put in his code. He never came back, and just left us both standing there. The Spanish girl, who is also a manager, finally came and entered a code. Again, not even a sorry. I threw my rewards card on the counter, and said I wont need this again, and without even looking up, the female manager, just took the card, and threw it in the trash.I WILL NEVER BE BACK.I have a business with 8 vehicles. I dont think their actions were very prudent.I do not recommend this store AT ALL!!! I went to the new OReillys, and opened a new account, and by the way, I bought the fuel pump from them, AND IT CAME WITH THE STRAINER ON IT!!!!!AND IT WAS $70 LESS !!!!!!

Went to this place today at 9:45am. I asked for help and asked few questions this associate had no intentions to help me. It was like I was bothering him. What a customer service....Very disappointed!! I went to other businesses (auto parts) around the area wow what a difference...
