Super helpful with all my car problems. They make it all very easy to understand. They are always very quick with all the repairs that I need! 10/10
Second time Ive had to use their services. Excellent work, excellent staff
Awesome. Been using Billys Auto as my repair shop for years. Brought my Honda Fit in a couple weeks ago with what I knew was a clogged ac drainage hose that was causing leakage onto my passenger cabin floor. Wondered if maybe someone would try to tell me it was something else that needed extensive repairs. Nope. They blew the clog of debris out with compressed air,had my car back to me in less than an hour, and DIDNT CHARGE ME A PENNY.
Monica is sweet and always polite. They arent rip offs like a lot of other places Ive been. Very efficient too
I dropped in...they took a look at my car ...called shortly after with a price for repair..... Polite, professional...and very clean
Honest people ownr employees
Some of the employees are very great with services mostly the females
My husband for some reason keeps going here. Every single time he drops off his car they KEEP IT FOR DAYS! No one calls him and tells him what’s going on. No one calls him to see if he wants something fixed this time or the next they just do it and rack up his bill to be so expensive. I’m not sure what their problem is with making sure the customer knows what’s going on with their car. I for one will never trust them with my car and hope my husband will learn his lesson by now. We are on day 3 with no car for him and yesterday they said “oh we just couldn’t get around to it” when my husband finally called them. This place is a joke.
Neighbors suggested Billys 5 years ago. They have worked on 2 of our autos Audi and Honda. Both run brilliantly. They go above and beyond. Couldnt think of going elsewhere!. Nicole schedules and boy she knows her stuff. Professional, courteous, pleasant and honest.
Worst place to get your vehicle fixed/repaired!!!Came here a while back to get my Oil changed and my oil gasket put in, but come to find out all they did was put ATF sealant on the oil pan and just hand tighten all the bolts back, So they just robbed me out OVER $400
Service was good: they picked up my car with their tow truck and fixed it and it runs just fine now
I had my vehicle towed to Billys Auto as the vehicle would not run and I needed front end work done.. It was determined that there were two relay switches were bad. The relays were replace with used ones they had laying around the shop. (I was told this by a representative from Billys.) My thought was, would a professional shop put used electrical parts on a car of truck? I was charged $200 for the diagnosis and the installation of used relays?? Learning of this was disturbing. One other challenge I had was that they would not contact you to tell you if there was another problem or challenge with the vehicle and then quote or tell you what the charge would be like most auto shops would typically do? I was contacted by the shop stating the truck was ready. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle; The truck had to be jump started? If the truck was ready and running properly;why would the vehicle need to be jump started? This was after paying $1100 dollars in CASH. I settled the bill and began my trip home. I immediately noticed the vehicle was running very rough. The vehicle would not idle correctly. I noticed the battery gauge was fluctuating as I turned on the radio, lights and windshield wipers were on. I stopped at a stoplight and the vehicle almost stalled. As I continued home, I could tell the battery was being drained. Luckily I did not have far to travel to get home. When I arrived home I turned the vehicle off. I then proceeded to wash and clean the vehicle. I then attempted to start the vehicle to move it to another location in the driveway. The vehicle would not start! I had to jump it. I the thought, I will take it out for a ride attempting to get the alternator and battery charged up. I returned home, turned the vehicle off for about two minutes. The vehicle would not start and again, the vehicle needed to be jumped. I immediately contacted Billys to let them know about my experience. They asked me to return the vehicle to the shop on the following Monday. On Monday, I dropped the vehicle off. A couple of days later I received a call stating they were going to put new relays in the vehicle and that the alternator was bad. This part was just over a year old and still under warranty thankfully. They ordered the replacement alternator and installed it. Why was this not found or determined during the first diagnosis? You know, due to the challenges I had experienced using this company for the first time, you would think they would make an adjustment on the bill for the inconvenience. Nope, I was charged another $140 dollars on top of the $1100 I had already paid?No gesture was ever offered for the challenges and inconvenience. I felt I had been gouged and taken advantage of. This was my first and last time I will conduct business with this company. I do wish I could share a better experience. However, I cannot.
Me dad took his car here for over 15 years. Everything was fine and he recommended them to many people. Then they switched over to paying commissions to the employees based on how much work they did.So my dads car was towed in for a water leak, they said it needed a new radiator. OK that was done.A week later it was leaking again and they said it was the upper radiator hose. Done! Then it leaked again so the lower hose needed replacing.Done, but by now the engine was leaking oil and the engine was ruined due to overheating. They rushed this job not once, but 3 times and in doing so ruined the engine after spending over $1,000 in repairs that never fixed the original problem.He/we never went back.Make your own choice.
The lighter socket in my car didn’t have any power. I called a couple of shops but they all told me they were busy and I would have to leave my car at the shop. When I called Billy’s Nicole told me to come over and they would check it and fix it right there if it was just a fuse. When I came to their shop on 43d ave and 41st Street, Nicole immediately sent one of their technicians to check the car. He checked the car, it was a fuse, he replaced the fuse. It all took 2 minutes. Great service, great people! Thank you!
The mechanics and customer service at this place are terrible and lack poor knowledge of vehicle maintenance. After I approved them to fix a known issue, they returned the vehicle after a week sitting on their property still broken and rear view mirror unattached and broken as well. They tried to pitch me for a new engine purchase only because they thought the engine is not worth fixing. Then they decide to charge me an obscene amount of money to return my vehicle to me with additional unauthorized work. Do not take your vehicle to this place unless its something like filling your tires up or an oil change (which i wouldnt even let them do). If you do take it, be ready to spend lots of money. They dont waive diagnosis fees either if you agree to the work
I would like to acknowledge your business for your outstanding dedication to customer service....It is nice to know that Billy’s, is a class act company with its professionalism and dedication to their customers, and their unquestionable devotion to quality and professional service.... I understand how complicated the business can be sometimes with staff, quotes and getting things done on time in this day and they have always done exactly what was promised. I will not hesitate to refer anyone for any automobile work here, Once again, thank you and good job.
Great service, excellent price
My daughter is a student and needed some work done on her car. I normally do all the work on her car but I live in NY and she is near their shop. I was worried because it would be so easy to take advantage of her. These guys were great! The repair was small and I knew it wouldnt tale long - they did the work fast and charged her a fair price. I now feel better knowing that she has a fair auto repair shop to take care of her car.
These guys are the best. Great work
I Recently, had the AC Compressor replaced on my 04 Civic and they did a GREAT JOB, at a GREAT PRICE!! I called various places around town and got quotes from $900 to $1,300!! I Called Billys Auto and they quoted me around $800.00 Took my car in and it came to around $800.00. I Didnt get the two page list of everything, that needs to be done, like you get at most shops. Today, I had a problem with the connection to my battery, I brought it in and they had it fixed in under 10min and didnt even charge me a dime!! Now, thats GREAT SERVICE!!
Serpentine belt came apart on 95 just south of Vero with a long way to go to get home. Radiator hose blew due to overheat from serpentine belt not driving water pump. In the time it took to get a tow truck I found Billys online, called them and got a very genuine sense of competence from James. Not having many other choices elected to have my car towed to Billys. Im a mechanic at heart, and engineer by trade and was apprehensive about being at the mercy of an unknown auto repair shop that knew I was stranded. My fears were quickly replaced by hope seeing the very capable and well organized shop. Burt evaluated and worked on my car. I had anticipated parts and labor taking one to two full days, and was already working on a rental car when Burt told me they had or could get the parts, and could probably get me back on the road shortly.I agreed and Burt went to work. In the job he found that some of the idler pulley mounting casting had broken with the belt failure. He improvised and created a replacement bushing to balance the pulley loads. To get it all back together and me on the road, all four of the mechanics there pitched in to get the job done right. My car was resurrected and ran fine all the way home. Billys auto was honest, competent and fair. Not only would I take my car back to them in an emergency but Im trying to figure out how to get to them for regular service. Thank you Billys!
From Michigan, here on vacation and had brake problems. Billy’s was recommended to me and didn’t let me down. They could have up charged me due to my lack of flexibility as I had to get the work done to get home safely. Instead they manage to get the work done at a very fair price and managed to save the calipers which are known for having to be replaced when this work is done. They were very kind, and worked around my schedule as best they could. I now highly recommend getting your work done here as well. It’s not my entire extended families go to automotive place when in Vero!
Great customer service and team
Most definitely the place for auto repair
My family has been taking their cars to Billys for as long as they have been in business. Their labor rate is so reasonable and they always do a great job and work very efficiently. I moved to Orlando over three years ago and have yet to find such a good shop up there.
Love this place they are like family known them for 6 years and the prices are decent and you get excellent work very professional.so friendly here.
Good work reasonable priced
They are always professional, friendly and do whats needed.
I was referred to Billys by a friend for my auto service needs, I was not disappointed. We had just returned from a 3 month trip up north and our Jeep had developed a few problems while we were gone. I made an appointment with Billys and they took me in and fixed all the problems and a few I did not know about. Excellent service, we will come back for all our auto repair or service needs.
Great guys! Great service! Everything is perfect! Has issues with another shop, Billys corrected the problems and more!
Fast reliable service at fair prices. I hate having car problems, but Im glad I found this place.
Always there to help with any problem! Great service! Highly recommend!!
Been going there for over 20 years..... love the friendly people and excellent service
Ive always had good experiences with Billys in the past. Unfortuately, it seems that my luck has changed. I had a serious issue with my VW Passat and towed the car to Billys on a Friday morning. They were busy and told me that they wouldnt be able to look at it until the following week. I called back on the following Tuesday evening. The car still hadnt been looked at. I was told that someone was sick and somebody else hadnt shown up for work. If only I had taken this for the sign that it obiously was and picked up the car at this time....The following Friday, after one week, I finally got a call back and was given a phone estimate of $1,500. That seemed reasonable and I asked how sure he was about that number. He said it was pretty firm, it just depended on how many valves he had to replace. I asked again if he was quoting me $1,500 now and was going to charge me $2,500 when I picked it up. I was assured it would be near the $1,500 since the valves were only $22 (or so) each.I called weekly over the course of the next 5 weeks. They never bothered to contact me with a status report. I was always told that they were waiting on this or that and that they would call. Two days before hurricane Irma was supposed to hit - five weeks after I had dropped the car off, I got a call that I could pick up my car. I told them that I had made my hurricane plans already and that they didnt include the car. After some discussion, they agreed to keep the car over the weekend. Finally, the following Friday - six weeks from the day I dropped it off, everyone had power and Internet again so that they could take credit cards. I went to get my car back and was presented with a repair bill for $2,500.I believe that Billys has violated Florida law by not informing me that the repair cost was going to exceed the estimate by more than 10%. I dont know what else to do about it other than to warn others to prevent this from happening again.
