This is the worst of the worst! They dont care how youre treated, and this is NOT acceptable! Treat people how you wanna be treated! Dont waste your time!

Disappointed they would not honor a coupon for a oil change with another chevDealer. You were 20% higher for same service.

I took my yukon in for routine service and while the wiper blades were being replaced they cracked my windshield pretty badly. They told me it could still be driven and that they would replace everything for free. However, they still made me pay for the service, never offered a free service later and didn’t mention a loner car when the windshield is later replaced. I understand accidents happen but when they do, the customer should be compensated. My parents planned to borrow my car for a trip to NC and because of the severity of the crack they most likely won’t be able to go. All in all, it was not a great experience.
