I took my convertible here to get new top installed because the price they gave me was reasonable. They ordered the top and installed it and when I went to pick it up I noticed the black trim around the back windows where broken. They would not replace them, they told me they could not find the parts. So after I took the car home and gave it to my wife she drove it to work for about 4 weeks and the headliner started to sag, come to find out the plastic pieces that support the liner is broke. We never owned the top during this time. So I paid them to replace the headliner. A month later I noticed water in the trunks and underneath the back seat. Well they told me I need to replace the window seals, so I told them to call me back with the price to replace them. It has been over a month since I went there and they never ever called me back. I called them but the women that answers the phone tells me they are at lunch, ever time. If you want quality work and proper response to any problems you might have do not take your convertible to Atlantic Awning. Maybe they should stick to awnings

I’ve had two boat covers made and installed by Atlantic. Just had my latest cover extended to the waterline. The staff at Atlantic is professional, helpful, timely and prices are very competitive. I delivered the boat Monday evening and had it back Saturday morning. This is a great company that works hard to keep customers happy.

They recovered the seats & console of our Prius. The turn around time was fast & the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them. The seats look brand new. The leather had cracked from the sun. The seats look brand new again! 😀

I needed my headliner replaced in my BMW. I quoted 3 places in person in Vero-Sebastian. Atlantic Awning gave me the best price by far, other places were honestly overpriced. Also their shop was clean and organized and their employees were nice. We set up an appointment and in 3-4 hours my headliner was done. The quality of the job was great, thank you guys!!

Great place to stop in and pick up some groceries. Usually pretty well stocked most of the time. You wont find electronics, clothes, shoes etc. Stop by and check them out if you havent already.

TL;DR It took over 6 weeks, 8 different visits to their shop & multiple failed repairs to finally get the job done and, in the end, they ordered a whole new part instead of actually repairing what I had brought in to be fixed. I strongly recommend you go somewhere else.Details: I was referred to Atlantic 5+ years ago to have the vinyl upholstery on the doors of my Mustang replaced after they had become detached/sagging due to age combined with the Florida humidity. They did an amazing job and both doors looked as good as new. I was informed by one of their staff then that if I had brought it in earlier, they could have just glued it before the vinyl sagged and avoided the cost of needing new material. I noted this for the future.In October of this year, the drivers side door began to have the same issue. Per the advice, I stopped by on Thursday, Oct. 29th to get a quote and schedule the repair. This would be Visit #1.Visit #2 was on Wednesday, Nov. 4th when my I dropped off my Mustang to have the door re-glued. They called me about two hours later and informed me that the person from Atlantic who approved and quoted the job the previous Thursday was mistaken and that it could not, in fact, be re-glued. I was told that it had to be replaced all over again and, as a result, the quote was now **more than double.** Just wanting it fixed, I told them to go ahead and do it. Atlantic said I would have to come pick up the car and reschedule and bring it back AGAIN. After a short discussion about how inconvenient that was, they opted to keep it the next couple of days and get it done.Visit #3 was Thursday, Nov. 5th to pick up the car and pay for it. After running my credit card, we walked out to look at it and I was, unfortunately, disappointed. The vinyl was bunched up near the bottom edge of the door and the vinyl along the armrest had spots of glue all over it. I showed this to them and pointed to the passengers side door, which they repaired previously, as reference. Atlantic had completed outstanding professional work before, so I just couldnt understand what had happened here. I was told that their usual guy was out on sick leave, but they would schedule me to bring it in (again) and get it right next time.Visit #4 was Thursday, Nov. 19th. Two hours after dropping off the car I got a call letting me know that they had decided that instead of trying to repair the door that day, they would rather wait until the usual guy was back to work. I explained that while I appreciated this, it was really something that could have been decided BEFORE I dropped it off. I came to get my car and Atlantic told me theyd call me by the end of the week to schedule another new appointment.On Friday, Nov. 20th I called at 4:30 PM since I had never heard back from anyone at Atlantic to schedule the new appointment. The woman who answered explained that she wasnt aware of the situation and that shed have someone call me back. After not hearing anything on the following Monday, I called Tuesday morning and no one answered. A quick Google search confirmed that they had opted to shut down the shop for a full week, so I this was going to have to wait until after the holiday for answers.Visit #5 was on Tuesday, December 1st. Having still not received a call I decided to just stop by in person and scheduled the new appointment.Visit #6 was on Friday, December 4th. The usual guy was back in and would allegedly fix the door. When I came to pick up the car later that day, they had added piping to the door which now mismatched it to the other door and a section by the armrest wasnt attached correctly. We had to reschedule AGAIN.Visit #7 was the next Tuesday, December 8th. I dropped off the car. Two hours later they called me to let me know that they had damaged the door and would now need to replace the entire part. They had ordered it from Ford and it would be in the next week.Visit #8 was today, Monday, December 15th. I went in. They installed the new part.Their past work is the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1.

Flexible scheduling, quality work. In replacing the seat cover on my car, I think they fixed or tightened a few things that were loose as it feels even better than it did before. You may find work for cheaper, but you will not get better quality than this place!

Can I give them zero stars? Hired them to fix my patio awning. Even though it seemed like the arms werent working, they said it needed a new motor. Took two months to install new motor. Charged me $684. When the awning still didnt work, they said I needed new arms. However, they said they WERE NOT A DEALER FOR THIS BRAND and could not get the parts. Sorry about that, goodbye.My awning is still as broken as it ever was and they are $684 richer. I cant understand why this company is still in business.

Had two different Appointments (5 hour slots) to repair a leather headliner on my Bentley. They cancelled after I arrived because they were behind. Even after I called and confirmed with (Lindsey). I drove 40 min each time, not to say that I had waited a total of a month for the two appointments.. I am not saying that they would have not done a good job. However I think they are not very professional. When it comes to high end automobiles take your vehicle to a reputable trim shop.Also the work shop is very dirty. My summary is take your high end car elsewhere.

Upon entering was confronted by charging pit bull that had to be called off. Asked Mr . Individual who didnt identify himself if he would look at a small bubble ( 1/4 inch in dia) developing in my center arm rest in the leather. Also 1inch bubble developing on my left drivers side door. Just appeared. Looks like seperating from addhesive???. Mr. Individual would not look at it. Had the car 20 ft frim door.Had a Rude condenseding manner. Stated it would have to be replaced and cost you $90 to $130. I asked him again to take a look at it and he refused.If you want to be confronted by pit, replyed consendsendingly to, then go to Atlantic. Had work done here in past over 7 yrs ago and think it was diff owners?????Ill give you 1/2 star for pit not bitting me.
