Bought a Star rod here last year. Vero Tacklet told me It has a lifetime warranty. If it ever breaks, just bring it back here and we will replace it. Well, they lied. Star does have a lifetime warranty but Vero Tackle will only exchange it if they feel like it. They told me you are better off doing it yourself because if we do it, it will take too long. Lets get this straight... they are the Star dealer, but now I need to get in touch with Star, get a return authorization, pack it, ship it, then figure out where to have the replacement shipped successfully without damage or theft. This is quite a different story than when I bought the rod. I wont shop here any more. No great loss for me or them.

My wife and I had an amazing experience with this company. The staff was so nice and fun to chat with. We bought bait and rented a boat. The boat was incredibly clean. The boats name was jennay. We had so much fun because of this bait store. I highly recommend them.

Poor service! Raggedy Equipment & Boats! Ruined our 4th of July weekend boat trip. Gave us a boat with a bad motor did nothing to accommodate ! After we had to turn around and come back in the first hour of our 4-Hour boat rental time.We rental 2 boats. The owner took an hour to show up, & was very nasty! He said that he wouldnt give us our 400 in cash money back but we paid cash he said he wanted to put it on a card which was unacceptable! The people he had working made a mistake by not taking a card instead and he act as if it was our fault! He didnt even have enough money in a register to give us our refund. Very poor service, very poor attitude this place does not deserve my money or my service. Also youre renting people boats that are raggedy, employees told us they had been having problems with the boats for weeks!

Rented a pontoon boat for a half a day and had a great time. Great staff too, easy and fun!!

Awesome guided tour for my family of 5. We rented 3 jet skies for 1.5 hours. Our tour guide Kyle was awesome. Super helpful and catered to our desired speed. Highly recommended.

We visited Vero Beach from Ohio. Wanted to take 2 teenage boys fishing in-shore.  Also asked to go out in the ocean closer to shore if it was calm enough.  Called Vero Tackle and Watersports. They hooked us up with Captain Andrew Flaig.  He was able to get us out on the ocean a short distance.  He put us right on the fish. Caught 4 nice King Mackerels, 2 Snappers, 2 Bonitas, and a couple others for a total of 10 fish.  Great for only a 4 hour trip!!!!! Once we returned to shore, Andrew fileted our fish outside the Riverside restaurant.  We gave our fish to the workers at the Riverside and they cooked our fish and the entire family ate there for dinner. Absolutely a great time with Captain Andrew. Highly recommended!

Just did a guided tour on the jetSki’s that they have with one of the guides, his name is Kyle. We had an absolute blast, he showed us all the fun stuff to do and showed us some epic stuff! I am definitely recommending this place to friends!

1st time salt fushing and I did not know what I was doing but the customer service by that young dude working was great. Thank you for your help. The layout of the shop was great and everything was reasonably priced and great products.

My family and I just did a jetski tour, and it was awesome, no complaints at all, we rented for 1 hr 30 mins and it was the best time Ive had in a while. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

I think weve been visiting for at least 15 years before they were even in this location. Good location, with a nearby spot under the bridge with good fish. But for us the guided trips with Tim Ward have been the best. He has unparalleled vision of fish. I honestly think he is more excited to catch the fish than we are. Very prepared and never a bad day on the water. Cant say enough good things about Tim. The store itself has everything weve needed plus good advice on where to go. The restaurant there is also a nice bonus.

Small place not much merch and over priced

Had a great time fishing & watching dolphins. Husband and I booked a last minute fishing excursion with Tom. Tom was awesome! Took us to the best places. Caught a bunch of fish and I got to soak up the sun and watch the wildlife. Dolphin came really close. We saw a manatee and lots of birds. Scenery was stunning. Finished up our morning with Riverside Cafe lunch. Great time! Highly recommend.

Just had an awesone experience. Went out for their jet ski tour and it was tons of funs. Jet ski is new, fast, and clean looking. Definitely will come back with my friends and family.

Chartered boat for fishing. Brian put us on fish everywhere we stopped. Also, great place to eat on the water. Restaurant is also at this place.

Theyre always out of stock of gear, way over priced and the shrimp are always small, but hey the service is good

Great place to go for your fishing addiction fix. If they dont have shrimp well then they have cast nets for sale. If youre trying to go fishing theyll hook you up!

Went on a dolphin tour with captain chad and had an amazing time!! he went out of his way to try and find some sharks for us, and knew exactly where to find the dolphins and the babies!!

Great visit! They have plenty of lures, equipment, and live bait. When visiting a new area it can be challenging to get in the right locations and approach. The staff at Vero Tackle helped steer me in the right direction and I figured out that you dont have to fish Just Sebastian Inlet to catch fish. Being from out of town I was drawn to that area but actually had more success under the bridge near Wabasso.

The live shrimp are extremely inconsistent In size. I have gotten shrimp here numerous times, and I have been disappointed recently with the amount of small shrimp.

Had a few reels cleaned and serviced here and was very happy with the quality of work done and the timely manner it was finished. Back on the water fishing today . Reels are smooth as butter again. Drag performed beautiful today on some redfish and snook

Very knowledgeable staff here who will help with all your fishing needs. They have a wide assortment of fishing gear and live bait all at average prices compared to other tackle shops. They also offer rod repairs at a great price too. Theyre also in a great location right under the bridge and next to a boat launch which makes it convenient.

Great friendly staff with good products and services. They also provide guiding service which I recommend because the Indian River has some very shallow areas that you cant see until you hit them. Additional I bought two fishing reels that had some problems. They replaced them quickly with no fuss, A+ in my book.

Vero Tackle is a great tackle shop! Whether your looking for live shirmp, artificial lures, or the best fishing guild services in the Vero Beach area then they have you covered. Mr Williamson recently set me up with a excellent new rod/reel that not only performs as phenomenally as he said it would but at a great price. Ill never shop online for my fishing tackle again! Keep up the fine work gentlemen.

The only place for bait, a fishing charter, or a bite to eat at The Riverside Cafe. Fishing charters are best with Capt Tim Ward, book early and book often!

Purchased rod and reel combo 4 weeks ago. Told it was a great combo, but learned shortly after purchase that it was junk and falling apart. Upon return staff tells me it’s cheap. Asked to return for credit on new Penn reel and rod. Told sorry, no credit, no refund, sorry about your luck. Ok for bait but they don’t back their sales.
