If there was a zero star option, I would be clicking it! I have placed several large orders with this company and Ive never really had a problem with them, but Ive also never had great service either. This time I finally have come to the point that Ive realized that I would rather drive the extra distance to a different company because this place is not worth my time! At least half of my products were completely smudged upon picking them up and they refused to reprint them, saying they were not smudged and they looked fine. Of course, I asked for the manager right away, but to my surprise they said the same thing and would not reprint my products. This was not the quality I paid for and I could not believe a company could let a customer pay for their mistake. You would think a company would know how to be nice to their customers, but think again! Please do not waste your money!! Go elsewhere!!

Most unprofessional company I have worked with. I called to get a simple quote and spoke with a terribly rude employee when I was only trying to do business with them. I am honestly speechless at how this lack of professionally can be tolerated and I advise others to go with the wide variety of other local companies for their printing needs.

Image 360 is easily contacted, I call and tell them what I need. They send out someone to my place of work the same day (at a timeframe that is good for me). They made the product the same day and delivered it the following day. The product is what was described and pictured and everyone I came in contact with, If it was on the phone, over email or in person, everyone was friendly!!
