Stopped in here today hungry with no idea what to eat until I ran into a worker by the name of Leah in the deli department. Not only did she let me sample a few items she helped me put a meal together that was delicious, nutritious and affordable! I got the sausage with green peppers and onions along with white rice. I was torn between the black beans or sweet plantains, to which Leah suggested I top the rice with the beans so that I may have both! I was surprised to find the total cost was only $7.48. Got home to eat and my food (it was still hot as she wrapped it up for me) It was so satisfying as I’m now full! I will definitely be back looking for Ms. Leah again as I never know what I want to eat! Thanks again for all your patience and helping me pick a great dinner I appreciate you!

Always have the items I need. Their food is fresh and pleasing to the eye. The price is neither too high or too low as is in most grocery stores. Pleasant atmosphere and a clean store to shop.

When comparing the produce and meat departments to so many other Publix stores I’ve patronized over the years, this one is sub par. Not consistent with other Publix stores. The fruit specifically the berries in produce often has mold, especially when on sale. I’ve found bagged tomatoes rotting in the bag. iThe tenderloin on the two occasions I purchased it was stringy and contained cartilage which is something you arre not supposed to find in that expensive cut of meat. Disappointing.Nov 3 Follow up: I shopped this Publix again about a week ago and checked out the tenderloin steaks available for sale. Guess what?? No improvement. I did not purchase meat this time because It was obvious that cartilage was present in the meat. I feel that the complaint I submitted to Publix was ignored. Though I received apologetic responses from store management as well as from corporate with offers of a refund, (which I did not accept) it appears that this is an acceptable cut of tenderloin to Publix to offer for sale. My have things changed!I Do Not Recommend shopping at this particular Publix and will return to it.

I shop here all the time because it is just down the street from where I live. Very convenient. Prices are higher than other places like Walmart, but quality is better. People are friendly there. I dont like the deli food. Every time I have gotten the hot deli food, it has been cold and bland. I try to stay away from the bakery because of things I am not supposed to be eating. They do a great job, though.

A smaller store than the others and one of the older ones so it is not a modern and clean looking as the others.

They put fruits and vegetables on sale that should be thrown away . Prices have truppled. We need whole foods, or Trader Joes here to make them step up their game. Cashiers are the best,food baggers need training,a lot a lot of training. They bag frozen food with canned food, throw tomato and produce in the cart then throw all your cans on top.

This is the busiest Vero Beach Publix. It also has the best choice of cheese, seafood and meats. In June 2021 most of the customers didnt wear masks, an avoidable risk for employees. Surprising for an employee-owned store.

I normally love Publix because its kind of like the Chick-fil-A of supermarkets. Every time Ive ever gone inside of one, everybody always has a really good attitude and is very sweet. But this is the 2nd time that Ive come inside this specific store and Logan has had an extremely rude attitude. If you dont want to deal with people, get a job thats not in customer service service.

Clean, organized and friendly. Bakery products and deli sandwiches are the best. Prices are high compared to Winn Dixie, however, variety and quality help to compensate. Customer service is always A 1.

Very nice Publix. Modern, fresh food, clean, and very nice staff. The newer shopping center is easy to enter and easy to exit. Parking is excellent. Inside it has a deli, produce, pharmacy, and a customer service department. Everything is well marked. This is my favorite Publix in the county.

This was a very nice Publix. Very clean and orderly store. The deli was exceptional with a food buffet that had exquisite food and only $7.99 a lb.

Staff restocking merchandise refused to properly mask in the middle of a pandemic while in close proximity to high risk customers. EMPLOYEES WEAR MASK UNDER NOSE. Manager refused to force young female employee to properly wear face covering while in close physical proximity to customers. I found a curly black hair in my popcorn chicken on 2/3/2021. I was very disgusted by this hair, and then ended up throwing all my chicken away. Which I was very excited to eat but then could not because there was a nasty hair in my chicken. I would just like publix to acknowledge this so it does not happen to anyone else. Thank you

Publix is my go to store while In Vero Beach. Great selection of food, wine vegetables and fruit. The pharmacy has been great during Covid Vaccine process.

Spent an hour filling my cart when I got to the front register there was only one cashier working couldnt sit there for an hour waiting to check out so I had to leave the cart

I stopped using Publix if I can because their pricing is far too high, but many people apparently dont care and spend the money - so pricing is going up. Wine is quite expensive in comparison and the bread tastes artificial - they should give it more time to bake.Clean store with friendly people - got my shots here. Parking lot always over crowded.

I am a frequent shopper at PUBLIXThis location and many more are my choice when and where I may be in need of their clean and well stocked stores. Today I saw the cleanest and best presentation of fruit and vegetables that I have ever laid eyes on ! I commented to the hard working associate my CONGRATULATIONSSeveral customers also overhead my racing and concurred ! This was a Saturday late afternoon and the area appeared to be ready for a GRAND OPENING !!!

Crowded but quick and efficient checkout. And most people wearing masks!

I’ve shopped in this store for a number of years. I have never been mistreated always with respect and with dignity. The workers are on their toes keeping the store clean and in order, this may sound simple but their carts are always clean and put back in the store. The customer service ladies are a welcome site always smiling. The baggers are considerate helpful and ready for whatever you need.I recommend Publix on Miracle Mile 21street

Great people need to be acknowledged. The manager in the deli is so nice and friendly and one day when we needed shrimp for an outside picnic date he made it happen he went out his way to get us everything we needed plastic silver ware, a little piece of foil to put the shrimp on the grill since we were going to the park. He personally deserves 5 stars

As supermarkets go, this Publix is a very nice and customer friendly place to shop. During the snowbird season it can be a little hectic but service us still polite and friendly and should you need help getting your groceries to your car and loading it. It is offered in a friendly and gracious manner....the caveat here us that it isnt the most price conscious market in town but its the most friendly, helpful and quality providing...

I found everything I needed easily! It was a joy shopping today. I was shopping for a very particular person; she was pleased. My daughter said Im not going to yell at you if you buy too much. And she didnt.

They have everything that I need.

I would highly recommend not ordering a sub online at lunch time from this Publix. Unlike other Publix stores they dont have a dedicated area where you can pick up your sub. So you get to either be that person that butts in front of everyone to ask about your food or just sit in line with the rest of the people that didnt order ahead while your sub sits on the counter behind the staff.

Large assortment of brand items to choose from and many opened cashier lines. It would be nice if they had seasoned single servings of meat and poultry item that were in the fresh case area ready to be cooked. Side salads were numerous but over priced. Baked pieces of lemon flavored chicken in the warm food section would be a nice option for those watching calories.

Love this store and most especially their staff. The cleanliness and fresh produce, deli, prime meat and Seafood counter are the best in town. The management staff are always eager to help. They (Greg) listen to requests for any item they dont carry in the store and they go above & beyond to order it for you. Their pharmacy is outstanding. Bill and Caitlyn are the best pharmacist Ive ever experienced. They both are very professional and go out their way to educate you as well as assist you with finding the right medication to match your needs.Great store highly recommend this Publix location.

Finally had what I wanted, but I had to go to 2 stores to get the product !!! Not sure why they cant order enough and keep some in the back room on hand . And please at this point, dont blame the covid 19 thing anymore !!

This Publix is the only one I will buy fresh fish from. Other fish areas smell not clean. The staff is knowledgeable, patient and supportive. Drug area is excellent.

That Publix service of helping you load your groceries into your car is what separates them from any other grocery store that I have experienced. Sean helped us out and Andrene did a fantastic job of scanning/cashiering. We were also given a sheet with the new layout of the store, as many things had been rearranged. Lorraine was very kind to provide us with that info.Safeway, Super 1 Foods, Fred Meyer, these places could all learn a thing or two from Publix.

I always have a good experience! Friendly, Helpful staff, clean store, well stocked with everything! The bakery is fantastic! Also the deli and gourmet food sections! The fresh fruit and vegetables are just that - fresh and delicious! And check out is always quick with a friendly bagger who offers to help you to your car with your groceries!

This Publix, like all of them, is spotlessly clean. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable of the store and its products.The deli makes delicious, well stuffed sandwiches to order. The selection in the aisles at this particular location caters to the beachside and vacationers.

That is a very big Publix. I usually go to the one out west of town - smaller - easier to get around. This is the main Publix in Vero Beach. If you like big stores, this is the one to shop at. One of three Publix stores. This one, one on US1, and one on 58th. Have some organic and all-natural products. Right across the street from Fresh Market.

Was in the store today and the Cashier Brooklynn seemed to be annoyed with the bagging for her maybe or the fact she was at work she did not greet me not even a helloShe flung the food towards the bagger faster than she needed to beShe ripped off the receipt and said that you with a annoyed undertone the your man was still bagging my groceries doing the best he could but I do thing Brooklynn could had been a bit more respectful to the customers and her co-worker

Decent supermarket. Nothing particularly great or terrible. They accept manufacturers coupons but never have any of their own... just buy one and get one free. Lock your car and watch out for the homeless people.

Excellent place to grocery shopStore is huge with full deli, cheese shop, and butcher shop in addition to their regular meat market. Store is always spotless and staff are over the top helpful.
