The assistant manager Raven is my go to girl... she is very knowledgeable and friendly... she always finds the right pieces of jewelry I am looking for... she pierced my 5 year old nieces ears and did such an amazing job with her....

We were down on vacation and visited this piercing pagoda, the most wonderful girl helped us, her name was Shawna. She was so kind and nice and helpful and did a great job :)

Kelsey (the manager) was rude, stingy, and wouldnt pierce an ear even though she was sitting around doing nothing, doesn’t want to do her job and obviously doesn’t want to be there. Even the worker said she’s lazy, raven was really nice calmed my girlfriend down when she got nervous and did a great job.Kelsey= 0/5 starsRaven= 10/5 stars

Woman who did my piercing was very professional and efficient, explained what she was doing, and gave good aftercare directions.

Best shopping experience Ive had in a while. The young lady that did my granddaughters piercing was fantastic she was excellent all the way from selecting the jewelery to actually doing the piercing she was very precise and careful with my grandbaby. I loved how personable she was.
