Under some very trying conditions due to the Covid-19 shipping delays, Lucy from ProSource, made every effort to fulfill our purchase and delivery to our installer. It was a chess game. The prices quoted were in line and maintained throughout the process. Follow up is required due to how busy they are. Questions are answered and recommendations are made to aid in choices and application. I highly recommend them.

Wow! What a place for finishes! I’ve been shopping at this Prosource for about 10 years and it gets better every time I go there. There aren’t just a few options, there are 10’s of thousands to pick from. It’s mind blowing. There is a spectacular staff there to assist and pricing that is unmatched. If your building new or planning a remodel, you definitely need to go to prosource.

I am impressed with Pro Source, Vero Beach. The store was recommended to me by a painting contractor and a general contractor who are working on my house renovation. I have been working with a young woman named Heather. She is so knowledgeable of the products and is as patient as anyone can be! I love going in there to get personal service and good prices.

We are doing a big remodel and turned to Prosource for their excellent designers and products. The designers are very knowledgeable about the products and can pick out designs to your taste quickly. Top notch durable products at a very competitive price. LOVE this place!

The store is loaded with inventory but lacks customer service, someone who is proficient with product knowledge and customer communication. I was working with Lucia who gave me a quote for three different tiles and walked away to her desk. Im very disappointed, because I heard nothing but rave reviews about this store and yet I felt as though I was left to figure it all out on my own. I want to support local businesses in these unforeseen times, but Lucia didnt help any further. In addition, there was only one other couple and a salesman, Lucia and myself. I realize sales might be difficult at times but showing potential customers options and various products that compliment tiles that they are interested in can go a long way in showing an effort to increase your sales instead of leaving a poor impression behind.Next stop... For 5 months for far, I have been dealing with Jason and Bethany at the Vero Beach location on a very big project. It has been the best experience. They are extremely knowledgable, helpful and so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them and ProSource in general. Great showroom, no need to go anywhere else.

When we decided the cost of our Want list was over our budget, they helped us reduce to cost with other quality items that fit our Need list. Not open to general public BUT if you call for apt. You MIGHT get in. They have wide assortment of floorings, cabinetry, faucets, etc.Staff very helpful, friendly.Overall a pleasant shopping experience!

We ordered some beautiful tile for our customer’s shower. Floor and walls. Mary made it easy. 1 box of tile +2 were damaged. We called Mary right away and she is working on it! I’ll keep you posted if she does in fact follow through with her word. But I’m confident!

They have a beautiful selection of tiles and the sales people are great. However, weve had two setbacks with two different orders from ProSource. If you order with them, please triple check what is ordered for you. Wrong tile orders create headaches for homeowners and subcontractors. Its unfortunate and I hope this is an opportunity for improvement.

Kathie did a great job designing my kitchen. Everything was executed flawlessly, under budget and she referred me to a great contractor. Thank you!

Can anyone help me understand why it is that my kitchen cabinetry comes standard with damaged hinges? Wherever has the working mans pride gone??? I place this statement here due to the damages have been addressed by the rep. For Ideal cabinetry. He states that there is nothing that can or will be done to fix the hinges. I just have to take it and thats it. Mind you the other flaws are being fixed. Also to add I paid an extra 10% on my kitchen cabinets due to tarffs. Had I known about the standard hinges come damaged Id gladly paid the additional $4000 more for a local custom cabinet company. Our homes are our investment, and personally I dont want to pay full price and then some to be asked to take the cost of damages off my home list price. We spend money to be happy and excel not to be sad or unsuccessful. Just waiting in limbo to see how Prosource can make things right with my damaged supposed to be new kitchen cabinetry door hinges.
