I LOVE this store! Not only do they keep the shelves organized, but the Employees are friendly, helpful and are genuinely happy doing their jobs. A trait not many employees anywhere can claim these days! Seriously. Visit this store. They sure are doing something right. Managers are Superb and lead by example! Iv never had a bad experience at this 5 below in Vero. I just wish I knew it was there sooner! LOL

Great Place to take the kids and not spend alot of money. They do have alot of neat things you can do stuff with for 5$ and below! Great place for cheap priced gifts!Fun place for adults too! Easy to add up quick .

This place is a gold mine. I love Five Below because it is so much fun! There is literally something for everybody. Great place to get fun tshirts and they also carry a bunch of mindfulness stuff. There are a few things that are $10 (five and beyond) like bedding sets and bigger items which are fairly priced which I actually have never seen for sale at a five below before. This location was great, the staff was awesome, and it seems to be all self checkout with a helper monitoring.

Cool concept. Like a better version of Dollar tree, but still a bunch of cheap products from China. Dont hate it, dont love it. Just a decent place to get cheap stuff. Nice and clean inside as well. The utilize all self checkout, although an employee assists you

I love the store I take my 3-year-old there every other Friday he gets to pick out a toy for him and his brother last week was water balloons fight. The memories he has of this place and buying toys for his mother is great and my pocket loves it the variety that you get to choose from in the store is great I can walk in and buy anything for my 20-year-old son my 19 year old daughter my three-year-old son friendly customer service ever its always clean

Oh my Gosh hthis was the best experience ever my new favorite store!!! Everybody should have a five below in their area I will be in the store 3 to 5 times a week on average Im sure so excited on the great deals I got

No longer $5 Below. Prices are 8...10..dollars+ No cashiers. Self-checkout only. Poor parking. All parking spaces were taken by adjacent restaurant. Selection was less than when I was introduced. That said, staff was still friendly & found some gifts.

This was the worst five below Ive ever visited OMG I only bought one item and I definitely was not impressed that you have to check your own stuff out there. Finally got a five below in my area and it sucks!

Great new addition to vero! Wide variety and self checkout only. Its like a ross/dollar store/ michaels/ car store blend.

First visit. Prices are great but the store is about 1/4 candy and the rest is very random.

Updates to the building look nice. Dont agree with the company changing its entire format. Instead of 5 Below.... It should be called 20 Below now. Defeats the purpose of the entire business. Also was not greeted upon entering and theyve moved to all self checkout now.

This store JUST opened. I love the store itself but the employees are HORRIBLE. No positive customer service at all. My husband and I walked in 10 mins prior to closing and the first thing we got told was “we close in 10 mins” and another employee walked passed us at 7:02 on a Sunday saying “we close at 7.” I work in customer service & I have NEVER seen worse customer service worse then this. We left empty handed because we felt pressured to just leave. Would rather shop somewhere else where we are welcomed.
