Como came to prepare for the installation of our whole house generator, and an exceptional job was done! First, Alex and Gary arrived, answered my questions, explained the process and did a neat, clean and precise job eliminating any need for us to do repair work. Afterwards, a second crew came by to install our new propane tank and bring our generator and Alex and crew also did a top notch job. A great experience and overall highly professional work done by really nice and kind gentlemen. Thank you so very much for all your hard and focused effort! Greatly appreciated!

We have been customers at Como for our business, Integrity Metals, LLC, in addition to holding personal accounts for fuel for over 10 years. Having recently purchased a home with gas appliances serviced by another company, I knew immediately I wanted to switch over to be maintained by Como. The customer service is top notch. As always, when calling in you get a kind person to speak to versus a recorded system. Scheduling the appointment for the safety check was easy and timely. KB and Brian arrived promptly and were professional from the start. They ensured I understood each component and appliance and how the gas was being monitored. We had Brian Fisher come out from Como Oil and Propane to check out the propane fueled appliances at our newly purchased home. They made the appointment for us very quickly and sent us someone clearly experienced in the business! Brian was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything to us about the system (never having used propane for anything other than our gas grill) and did a thorough safety check off all the equipment. We feel much safer using our propane fueled stove and oven now and are looking forward to having them come fill our almost empty tank (hopefully) tomorrow! Everyone we’ve had contact with from Como has been friendly and very helpful. I would feel comfortable recommending them to anyone!!

We had a propane leak and called Como and they sent Kevin out one of their technicians right away to fix the problem. Kevin was very knowledgeable and knew just what to do to fix the leak. We will be sure to call Como and ask for Kevin in the future if we any more issues.

I had the pleasure of meeting two nice young men (Kyle and Brian) who came to replace my Riser and Shut Off Valve, which was really in bad shape. They replaced the items and showed me the 2 places where to turn off the propane if I ever have a leak. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, I would recommend your company to anyone.

Every other company I called said the same thing it would be weeks to get to it, and had all these complicated processes to go through. I have been a customer of Como Propane since 2013. I have always had good service. I recently experienced a problem with communication and subsequently my propane delivery. I am beyond pleased that they responded to me in a timely manner. Most importantly they went above and beyond to correct the problem. I was becoming increasing frustrated with trying to get an answer from Como reference adding 250 gal of propane fuel capacity. But one afternoon I struck it rich.........Michelle answered the phone and did everything possible to get me to the right person (Bryan). Since then understand that a number of Como employees in the department I was trying to reach were out with the Covid 19 virus. RUTHLESS !We moved into our new courtyard home and within a couple of months our very large propane tank was completely empty (for the amount of cooking we do, very little, it should last a few YEARS ! ). The very polite and able technician said that the regulator is where the leak was. Como installed a new regulator for no charge as they should have but charged me for the full refill of the tank ($326). It was not MY fault all the fuel leaked. THEY were the ones that installed the faulty regulator to begin with ! They should pay for all the oil except maybe $20 worth which May used. They said that they don’t stand behind the regulator that THEY installed with any warranty at all ! Never heard of such a thing. Car companies warranty parts that are going at 80 mph for 4 years yet they don’t warranty something that just sits there. You’ve got to be kidding me ! AMAZINGLY lousy business practice. I’m moving my business to Amerigas.

I Purchased a fire table from the Vero Beach store and Drew was my sales rep. Not only was he personable and informative in the store, but when we got the fire table home and had a technical difficulty, he personally came out within an hour or two and resolved the issue. Now that’s customer service! I highly recommend Drew and Como.

Very Affordable Gas

I simply asked not to deliver at 7am. The woman said ok, but, if it is we will just skip you then. Is that what you want? I must be bothering them to get my tank filled. I am not a commercial account and my neighbors complained about the truck noise early in the mornings. They have come out several times and it was still dark. The customer service in the office is like they are doing me a favor & do not care if I ever buy propane from them.PS cannot make the review without at least 1 STAR .

Not impressed. Every time I visit the showroom the staff ignores me (I went in three times, same thing every time). Delivery of firepit I ordered was very slow, and communication horrible. Installation of underground tank did not go well...not only was it very slow, but they left my yard dug up for days after the county inspection was complete so I had to fill in the trench to avoid people having an accident in my yard...basically they are too busy to care. When I called service/ops manager to inquire when they might fill in the open trench, nobody bothered to even return my call. I requested a call from the owner....guess who never called? The one thing they did manage to do on time was mail my bill.

Bad communication, slow response, hard to get any consistency. Very pleasant but lacks execution.

Went to refill a 30 lb propane tank to put in storage-- still about 2 gal in tank-said i had to pay for the 30lb even if the price is for a gal. thats like everytime you gas your car you are charged for a full tank. they lost me and everyone i will tell this to
