It took me literally YEARS to get my vanity chair reupholstered, as I thought nobody could POSSIBLY do all of the detailed rushing that needed to be done. I knew it would be expensive, and I had a set price in mind as to what I would pay. It ended up costing me $50 more; but in hindsight, I cant believe it wasnt twice as much as they charged. A funny thing overheard at my last cookout: A truck driver to a sewerage treatment guy: You should see what the lady in Vero did to Jens boudoir chair. Its a MASTERPIECE! The comment seemed to be lost on the sewerage guy (go figure), but his wife, a quilter of many years, ran into the house to check out the work. Yup, its a masterpiece, all right. What a great job on all of that intricate detail. Wow! Thank you for taking such great care of my boudoir chair, Laura. I think it looks better now than it even did brand new 30+ years ago!
