We’ve had couches from Rooms To Go for 20+ years and they still look like new.We got couches from Vero Furniture Mart and they were very expensive but obviously cheap quality. See attached pictures. We went to the store and spoke with a few people to try and get it fixed or to return it but no help.Just wanted to let future customers know to be aware.

Nice furniture store in an old historical bank building! Very interesting to walk around and check the setup. Good quality furniture for a price, but that what we want, right?I doubt that the owner knows that this building used to have a tunnel connecting to a house over the street to them! (now parking)

I bought 2 couches and a dining table set. After 1 week the top of the table was chipping. All they talked about was the great quality furniture they have. The owner had someone take pictures of it and I never heard from them again. I was suppose to get loaner couches until my were delivered. Weeks of delay and no couches what so ever. Terrible customer service. I will never go back there.
