Jeremy was my service adviser. Jeremy was great, everything was awesome then when it came to pick up my car I had to stand in front of the service desk waiting as I was the only customer there. Jeremy was gone for the day and the young lady, sales guy and other service writer with a dog basically ignored me till I interrupted their conversation as I stood there for a good 3 minutes. After that everything else was fine
I would give this place a million stars if I could. They were all so helpful, and did everything they could to get me the car of my dreams.Not only that but called and emailed to make sure I didn’t have any further questions after driving off the lot. David Schlender went above and beyond all throughout our complex transaction. He knows his product very well and goes out of his way to guide you through the entire process. After all the logistics were figured out the day before, David, on his day off, had us in and out in 15 minutes! James had all the paperwork ready to go. Talking about efficiency and value of time, these guys make you their priority and Im very thankful for that. Best salesman ever!
They knew why were coming in, they went over the plan for the service to be done, they gave us an accurate estimate on how long it would be to accomplish everything that needed to be done, they reviewed with us the repairs that were made and even washed and detailed the car! Very poor customer service. My car has been messed up since up since the end of June and now it’s September and my car still isn’t fixed. I barely get any phone calls to get an update on my car.and when I do call they will tell me the same thing for a week or more nothing new. At times I can’t even reach the advisor and I would leave my name and phone number and won’t get any call back for a day or 2. I feel like there’s no sense of urgency and that they keep putting my car off. On top of that it took them a long time to get me a rental while they “fix” my car. To this day they don’t even know when my car will be fixed. Not only would I ever bring my car here again. I would also not buy this car brand ever again.

I dont remember all the names of the folks I spoke with, but everyone was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. One of the persons noticed I have a Vietnam Vet license on my car and without me having to say anything, gave me the $500 military discount. I know the folks are on a 5 star rating system (and I think everyone had a 5 star badge), but if I could give these folks a 10 star rating, I would. Fantastic car, great price, great service. The sales team John and Willie were great I’d give them 5 stars. But the sales manager Patrick was rude and curt. He talk to me like I was a child!!! I am a woman in my 60’s. I bought my new car anyway because I loved the car and it was the last day of the month and the store was about to close. When I picked up the car the next day, it was not cleaned or prepped the sticker was still on the window. I did ask if at all possible could I get a trunk mat. But Oh no it was like I asked for a brick of gold. I’m hoping their service department will change my mind about this dealership! Otherwise I’d tell people to shop somewhere else for their new car.

Absolutely the worst. Most of us are familiar with the chip crisis that is affecting American cars. But they are gouging people 15% on a new vehicle or more. Also beware of packing which is where dealership adds interest on top of whatever lender requires. In addition to dealership fees they have other fees be sure to ask. If you can wait to buy a car wait.
Great place and good customer service dealer went out of their way to ensure that I knew everything about the vehicle I was purchasing however paperwork took a while at least a few hours but that is expected when buying a new vehicle.
Route 60 dealership is topnotch.. Its always pretty easy to make appointments no matter what the service is that you need.. All of the employees are very friendly and professional.. They keep you informed of the progress on your vehicle if it takes more time that expected.. Service Department Review (Cumulative Across Three Visits) - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! It takes multiple phone calls to even reach the service department (dont leave a message, they wont get back to you) to get on the books. Twice now I have made an appointment, gone in, waited 30-60 minutes, only to be called up to the front and told my car did not qualify for an oil change yet, despite the fact that my vehicle was telling me it was overdue. Also twice, my tire pressure warning light on. They brought the car back up after wasting an hour of my time, without an oil change, with the light STILL ON! When I asked them why it was still on, the guy from the back said he filled the tires and the guy from the front tried to figure out what was wrong. After looking at the sticker on the car door, the man from the front realized the man from the back had not filled the tires to the correct pressure. The guy from the back said he assumed it was the same pressure as the Santa Fe. Why did you not check if you werent sure?! I have a Venue, not a Santa Fe. They took the car BACK around back and finally fixed it, but I wasted 2 hours of my day driving to and from and waiting. I wanted my first issue on my first visit to just be a solitary problem and gave them the benefit of the doubt before writing a review. Unfortunately, after three separate visits, Im convinced this is the worst service department in the area.
I am 85 years old and have purchased many cars and crossovers in my lifetime. Nineteen years ago I met the owner of Route 60 Hyundai when he owned Route 1 Nissan. Since then I have purchased nine new vehicles from Tommy. I have never done business with a more HONEST GENTLEMAN than Mr. Chiarenza.

Horrible service department. No follow up with customer. If you buy a new vehicle from them and it has a problem, the service department has you bring the car in and never follows up with the progress or when parts will come in. Also while you are making payments and paying insurance. Not a good experience when Route 60 Hyundai has your new car long than you had it. Zero stars

Went there thinking I was going to buy a 2022 Tucson. After giving my data to 2 different people I was shown a car. The sales person could not answer my questions on price. Second sales person tried to explain why a MSRP of $30,000 was inflated to $39,000 with dealer extras that were not tangible items. The explanation seemed to be just because they could. I left. Will go somewhere else to buy.

I’m 9. I’ve been to this place before with plenty of other people from my family, it’s kinda like a hangout with all the things to do there, as well as a car dealer. Whenever it’s relaxing in the outdoors, sitting and talking at the tables, having some of the food, it’s a great place! Everyone there is very friendly and is the ultimate car dealer. Trust me, try it, you will like it. They also have TV if u didn’t know. And they also support xfinity WiFi, so if you don’t know the password to the Official Hyundai wifi, just use Xfinity instead. It’s free and easy to get set up. You can also buy cars there and talk about them, which my parents and others do. So don’t be surprised if you see any cool car models!If your gonna go here or are here already, have a nice time! :)

I’ve had good experiences here in the past. When I’ve come just as a walk in I was understanding when it took a little while to take care of my car. Recently though, when I came here I had an appointment to get something minor done on my car. I was on time for appointment and my car wasn’t even taken into the garage until an hour and a half after my appointment. If you have to come here, plan the whole day for it

Ive only had the best experience at Hyundai since I purchased my vehicle in 2013. Recently the engine went out in my vehicle and after trying to qualify for another car and having some credit issues, Jeremy in the service department helped me out with my vehicles issue. He was so incredibly helpful and always kept me in the loop as far as how much the parts would cost. Im so fortunate that they let me use a loaner vehicle while my car was out of commission. The absolute worst service department I have ever dealt with. Had problems with the knock sensor and had adjusted at Route 60, it went 30 miles and quit. Had towed back to them and they said I needed starter, battery, and spark plugs( they were just replaced 2000 miles ago).A starter REALLY! I put battery in and it started right up but still had knock(knock sensor duh! Took it to Coastal Hyundai in Melbourne, great people. Motor was replaced due to knock sensor warranty that Route 60 said nothing about. NEVER NEVER NEVER GO THERE!!

Last week I was called by Rt60 to see if I was interested in going in to discuss lowering my payment. I explained what I was looking for and they said it would be possible. When I got there today the quote was $80 per month more than what they told me over the phone.They will openly lie to get you through the door.When I took a lease from them 2 years ago because my car wasnt running any more (which was their fault, but thats another story) they said take a smaller car with less miles and in 2 years theyd call me to get me into a bigger car with more miles. Well they called me, but thats the only truth theyve told.Also, none of the staff were wearing masks properly, and some of the masks they had hanging from their ears had political slogans on them. Not appropriate!

This is my second new car purchase and I live about an hour away. It is worth the drive.
Had an 8 am appointment. Arrived early, 7:30 am. Service Manager saw me outside and motioned me inside. Gave him (Jeremy) info and keys. He then took my car inside for service. He told me what would happen and that they would check out my car problems. Advised me that there was hot coffee around the corner and told me I could take a seat in the waiting room. I said Ive never been treated in such a nice manner. Most companies dont open the door till its time, much less take my car in to speed up the process. I told him its like Im back in the sixties. A little while later he gave me the estimate and explained everything about the problem. The part had to be ordered and we made an appointment to bring the car back in. I brought the car back in, they gave me a free loaner, (a brand new tucson, what a beautiful car), they repaired my car (What a great job, runs like new!), and the price was less than the estimate. I recommend Route 60 Hyundai for everyone who likes an honest, friendly, highly qualified company to take care of all your car needs. Thanks for an enjoyable experience ! Robert Pinder

Great service - made my day. I received a recall notice from Hyundai regarding my Sonata so scheduled an appointment. The check-in process was smooth. I asked for an oil/filter change while I had it in. The service manager (Tony) said that was included with this particular recall, no charge. Wow! Wasnt expecting that. They have a little cafe in their waiting area with COMPLIMENTARY muffins, bagels, fruit, nuts, coffee, tea. Also, nice cushy chairs, tables, and big screen TV. Heck, I might start stopping by to hang out. Its more comfortable than my own house. They did the work and got me out all in good time. And there were no gotcha charges for extra repairs unlike the fishing expeditions Ive experience in other places. This was one of my best auto service experiences EVER. Thank you Route 60 Hyundai. Made my day! Ill be back.
Straight forward, quick, friendly customer service. I felt like your staff actually cared for my car as if it were their own. They even went above and beyond and vacuumed out my car after I accidentally left a rear window open over night and it rained.
We have a Hyundai dealership in Stuart, yet we drove the hour to Rt. 60 Hyundai because they had the the make, model, color, and option selection we were looking for. We have had our Hyundai for almost 2 years and we drive the hour for all service maintenance. We have noticed that the same service people, sales team, and management are still there. That speaks volumes !! The owner of this dealership must treat his employees very well. Looking at trading up our vehicle and without a doubt we will be doing this at Rt. 60 Hyundai!

Had to bring car in because of a dead battery that had been diagnosed by AAA road service as needing replacement. Route 60 did complete test, showed it did NOT need replacement, and squeezed in an oil change during the unscheduled service. Because of extended period to charge the battery properly, a brand new loaner car was provided. Completely satisfied! I bhad bought the car elsewhere but was treated like a regular customer.

But a pushy sales manager trying to sell (almost force me) to buy an in stock car color I DID NOT WANT, or even offer a discount to drive off the lot with that white car, made me want to walk out the door in disgust by her efforts! If I could rate this facility 0 stars I would.This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and this was the worst service I’ve ever received at a dealership. When I first came in I was greeted and sat amongst a table of people. I was told that I had to refill out the credit application due to my SS# being incorrect (which it wasn’t btw). They tried to convince me that it was incorrect but it was not(I know this bc I used my SS# another dealership and my credit application ran fine there) . When they couldn’t convince me that it was incorrect they then proceeded to have me sit and wait for an additional hour for the credit application to process. They then returned stating that I have no credit to which I already knew because I don’t have any credit history. They explained the measures I would need to take which I acknowledged. Since I had been sitting for a while I asked if I could see some of the cars before I decided on getting a co-sign. Danny told me that he would allow me to view some of the cars. My boyfriend and I were taken out to the parking lot where we were rushed to walk around cars. I found a black 2019 pre-owned car which I wanted to view. Danny told me that he would go and grab the keys so that I could see it. We waited for at least 20 minutes in 90 degree weather might I add, before we eventually made our way back to our vehicle. We were the greeted by Danny who told us that there weren’t any keys to the car in the building which didn’t make any sense to me because how can you have a car on your lot that you don’t have keys to? I will never in life by from Hyundai. And I will make it my business to never recommend my friends or family to this company. If you are a first time buyer don’t even waste your time.
Good sales force. No pressure to buy. They were supposed to intro me to Svr Mgr for my 2019 Sonata. Never happened. :( would consider this dealership for a future purchase.
