I get my water from an artesian well and now, the time came to replace my existing aging water treatment system. I had several choices regarding companies to call but finally decided on All-Rite. I first came in contact with Jonathan from All-Rite to get an estimate and advise. Jonathan came through for us with flying colors. He is very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and a man of his word. He made us feel as if we were the only customers they had. Great customer service and highly recommend them.

My husband and I moved from city water in Ft. Lauderdale to well water in Indian River Farms--Vero Beach. We had no clue how to maintain well water and no clue just how horrible the water was coming out of that well. We were new in town and were given many costly recommendations on how to correct the water which was loaded with tannins, sulfer, iron, manganese and so much more. All-Rite water was leasing their water purification equipment to the previous owners so we decided to keep the service until we figured out what to do.Chris turned out to be the most honest, trustworthy and ethical person. Within the first two weeks of moving in he came out to help us at least four times. This frequency did not slow down with time either. He VERY PATIENTLY taught us the good, bad and ugly about our water.My husband and I got quotes from various companies for varies remedies: new equipment, Artesean well, and whole house RO systems. All the while our house smelled like rotten eggs or the water was yellow or any number or problems. We didnt know who to trust...who to believe.After several months of coming out for service calls (at no charge because we leased their equipment!) at all hours of the day and evenings, tirelessly trying to turn our horrible water in to something we could use to shower in, we realized that Chris and Jonathon had our best interest in mind with their actions and advice.We now have an Artesean well (at the suggestion of Chris). He told us without all the impurities of our old well, the Artesean would be easy to treat and he was SO right. My husband and I do not like leaving the shower these days. We think back to the cold, smelly showers from four months ago and we are forever greatful to Chris, Jonathon and everyone at All-Rite water. They truly cared about us. We caused them many headaches but they stuck it out with us and solved the problem. We consider Chris a friend. We wholeheartedly recommend Chris and All-Rite water to anyone who needs water purification.

This company has far exceeded my expectations from a water company. I have been their customer for over 2 years and have had several issues with my artesian well system and they have fixed it every time. There was an instance where time was of the essence and Chuck and Lynn moved mountains to have Johnathon and the new guy Robert come out to fix it. From a customer service stand point this company is the criterion. Johnathons knowledge is top notch and I appreciate is direct approach. Highly recommend.

I have had several homes with well water but I have never had all the issues I do with my Florida well water. Mike at All-Rite has solved my well water problems every time. He has been awesome with his knowledge, his quick response and his determination to solve the issue. I now have the best well water one can have in Florida due to Mike.

This company is amazing. Best service so far! Theyve been taking care of our softener system for years. I called on a Saturday for an urgent issue and George came out. It was a one-and-a-half hour drive for him. He showed up, and realized that it was something he could not fix. He recommended someone else. What amazed me was he did not charge us while other company would. That is integrity, which is so rare these days.

I stopped by the showroom of All-Rite in Vero Beach interested in an RO drinking water system and water conditioner. Without much space to place my softener I was concerned about the feasibility of making it all work out. Jonathon Shaffer came to install the RO system and described how he could place the softener appropriately albeit a difficult install. He took his time and did the job right the first time. Now I have the overall water quality I was looking for as well as a RO system for drinking water. I dont write many reviews, only when I have excellent experiences. After dealing with All-Rite and Jonathon I felt compelled to write about my positive experiences and highly recommend them.

My serviceman, Cruz, was the sole reason for my choice to go with All-Rite water service. His professionalism and attention to detail from the assessment and through installation was excellent. He was available and punctual for all appointments. I had other companies with similar equipment try to swoop in and sell me their service, which may or may not be as good, but Cruz did not try to sell me more than I needed and was transparent with cost and options. Water treatment is new for me but I feel confident that AR will be available for questions and advice.

Josh Baker was a huge help to me when I needed it most. He was very knowledgeable on my water needs. He even went outta his way and worked late way past his normal hours to get the install complete, because I work a lot just like everyone else. By doing this above and beyond work he really shows he has great character and dedication to his job. Josh Baker is what I would call The Measuring Stick for all employees to follow. Todd and David, my vote is for Josh to get the maximum raise on his next go around and that big bonus because he earns it every day! I couldnt be happier with the results of my water now. Had a water system put in. Had some issues with the office not coordinating properly with the technician. The office also told me would only take 2 hours when the tech told them it would take all day. I was also told that that would be there to start at 10am. The tech was given 5 other jobs before mine so as a result the tech didnt get to my house until 3pm. Had a leak and the office promised me they would be there by 9am since they disrespected my time before and they didnt show until 10.

We had All rite water come out to fix our reverse osmosis system. The technician was knowledge, professional and helpful. We did not purchase our original system through ARW, now that we know better we go through them for all our water supply needs. We have had nothing but great experiences with the company, and their technicians.

This is a very busy office at all times.I had a new water softener system put in by Jonathon Shaffer and he did a phenomenal job. He leveled the ground and laid the bricks for me so that it was level. I really appreciate everything he did. Hes very knowledgeable about his job, he answered every questions that I threw at him with no hesitation. His work ethic is awesome! I couldnt be happier with the out come, everything was great!! He explained everything that he was doing & why. I know that Jonathon has been with the company for a long time cause hes been out many times before. Hes a great asset to the company. Extremely pleased with All-Rite Water. Initial contact with Chuck Rednour was friendly, professional and informative. He scheduled an appointment for the next day. The appointment with Mike DuHame, the Certified Water Specialist, was a pleasure. Mike is NOT the typical salesman-type. Mike explained everything about the water purification and softening process - answering our questions thoroughly. Mikes knowledge is impressive. No hype or pressure. After several months we couldnt be happier with our All-Rite Softener and Reverse Osmosis System. As a result of our recommendation, 2 neighbors are happy All-Rite customers also.
