I called because some outlets in my home were not working. Kelly answered the call and suggested I check for a GIf outlet in the garage first. We needed an electrician to install some under counter light fixtures and replace some switches. Sean showed up right on time, got the work done and was on his way! He was very professional and accommodating.

We recently moved and had several electrical jobs at the new house. We used Vero Beach Electrical at our old address so we knew who to call. Responsive, reliable and professional service. They installed an outside security light, two ceiling fans and a light fixture above the entryway. Everything works and looks great, we will call them for our future electrical needs.

I called on Wednesday 5/12/21 and spoke to the woman that answered. I told her I needed an outside light fixture installed.She said she would call me later in afternoon or next morning with appointment time for late the next week. Never heard back from this company?? If you are too busy to help just say so. Very unprofessional!!! Giving Vero Beach Electrical one star is too generous of me. Do not contact this company. First of all because you will have to keep calling as they are non responsive. Second, they charge you outrageous prices, cash your checks and then you never can get them to call you back or answer your emails. Unprofessional, overpriced, unresponsive, poor service.

We came home on Saturday morning to the distinct smell of electrical fumes, traced it to the dining room and an outlet that was very hot. I turned off the electricity and googled electricians that work on Saturday. Vero Beach Electrical popped up first. I called and my call was answered right away. I explained my situation to the young lady, whose name eludes me, but she was great . She said a technician would be right out and asked me how I heard of them. I told her I googled electricians who worked on Saturdays and the were first . The master electrician, Clifford Ruff was at our house in 20 minutes ! I contracted with Vero Beach Electrical to provide and install a 50 amp 250 volt dedicated circuit for new hot tub. The two men assigned to do the job, Eli and Marcos, were professional, extremely capable, and completed the job as scheduled. They were careful in using the drilling equipment and removing the pavers so as not to damage the surrounding property. They were meticulous in cleaning up debris.

We used Vero Beach Electrical to install power for our ring system throughout the exterior of the house. We then were having issue with a breaker tripping and they came out and figured it out and repaired. Always checked with us before making a decision and always found ways to make the repairs as cost effective as possible. Great company, always quick to respond. Will definitely use for all of our electrical needs.

The circuit breaker on my pool equipment kept breaking. I thought it was an electrical problem and called Vero Beach Electrical. Laura said she would contact the electrician, Within minutes Ron, the technician/electrician returned my call. Based on his knowledge and past experience, he diagnosed the problem as a bad pool pump, and had me call a pool repair company. Indeed it was the pump. He saved me the cost of his service call and needles time wasted. I will not hesitate to recommend VB Electrical to friends and family. Laura called me back in 2 days to ask if the problem was solved. BTW I originally called a local electrical company that did previous work for me, but after waiting 36 hours, i Googled for an electrician in Vero Beach and found VB Electrical. We had lightening hit a wall on our patio which caused electrical problems. We called and had someone out within two hours. Chet was very professional and did a great job restoring our lights and power. He had to replace a switch in our breaker box. Their rates were very reasonable and we would not hesitate to recommend them very highly.

My husband and I only live her for part of the year. When we get here, invariably some landscape lights have been knocked over by summer storms, are out, or are pointing every which way. We send Cliff and email and they come out and tune it up so its beautiful again. No fuss and good price.

We met Cliff and his team at the Vero Home Show. They bid on our HOAs landscape lighting re-do. Price was competitive, the job was well done, and weve had them back to address other electrical problems. When one of landscape lights went out, they came out and fixed it - no charge. Its a rare commodity in todays world - someone who does what they say and will stand by their work.

Cliff @ Vero Beach Electrical underbid a project for me 6 months ago and when I called to have additional work added to my network he advised the following we took a bath on your project last time . So I need one additional cat 5 pulled and Cliff bids it at $700.00 ONE CABLE PULL . Ridiculous. The kicker to my experience is I knew I would need the an extra cat 5 at some point in my future so I paid Vero Beach Electrical extra to leave me a pull (coax cable) That cable didnt perform at all. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN. Hope its worth it too you. Ill make it my mission to tell the entire community of my experience. This is Day 1
