Came in looking for some coolant, and the employee was super helpful in trying to find the coolant I needed for my car. We ended up only finding like an off brand version that might work, and instead of forcing a sale he recommended I check with the dealer first to make sure it would work properly! Loved how helpful this business was!

Great automotive store. You can get in, get what you need, and get out quickly. Staff is always very help and friendly. They will replace your windshield wipers for no charge. If they dont have what you need they can usually get it by next day. Always plenty of staff on to help you.

Convenient for me. Just around the corner from my home. But also, I purchased a rear winshield wiper and they came out and put it on for me and disposed of the old. Customer service!

They always have pretty good deals on parts and if you order online and pick up in store you can get 20-30 percent off using coupon codes. Better yet, their red tag items are just too good to pass up. I just bought like 100 bucks worth of auto body stuff for like 5 bucks. Bon do gold, sand paper, all kinds of stuff for 90%+ off.

Usually pretty quick in and out if you know what you want to get. You can also discard your oil here as well.

Its an okay place. Most employees dont really seem to know about the parts Im looking for (would be faster if I just went and got it my self) and dont really seem to care about costumer care as well.

If you dont like waiting in lines this is the place for you the staff is knowledgeable friendly and very efficient I have never had to wait in a line which is a common experience at most part stores this would be one of the fastest easiest Parts buying experiences you will ever have.

The manager of this store is very friendly. Very helpful and didnt try to push me into buying overpriced stuff.

Engine light turned on so I went in to have them check it with their computer. They were very polite and checked it for me free of charge.

Only problem is big buisness squeezing out local napa store.next they will raise their prices.
