To make a long story real short. I order a full size box spring on May 25,2021. Paid and full that day. It was delivered on May 27,2021. I noticed it was the wrong size. I immediately called mattress firm. OnMay 29,2021 my full size box spring was delivered, an exchange for the Queen size. I am satisfied with the quality of box spring and the added height it gave my mattress. PEACE !!!

My husband and I went to Mattress Firm in Verona to look at Tempur-Pedic mattresses. Muhammad gave us detailed information on all the different choices in the store and even had us sample the adjustable bases (which we fell in love with.) He was friendly and knowledgeable and we felt comfortable and confident once we made our choice that we were purchasing the right mattress. He even gave us a discount on the 10 yr warranty which we appreciated. We also had just come from dinner (pizza) and were a bit thirsty, he pulled out 3 bottles of cold water for us while doing the paperwork! Highly recommend this store and Muhammad for service. Deliver was swift and courteous just a day and a half later.

I went here with my girlfriend and we were surprised not to see a salesman. After a minute or two we heard him snoring under the covers of what looked to be an extremely comfortable bed with adjustable base. My girlfriend wanted to leave because she felt uncomfortable and didnt want to wake him up so thats what we did.

I have always gone to Macys but with it being closed and needing 2 mattress ASAP I decided to check out Mattress firm. If you are shopping for a new mattress you really should go see Felix! Unlike the sales staff at Macys he is extremely knowledgeable and really wants to help you pick out the best mattress for you to have your best sleep. He will ask you a few questions on how you sleep, if you sleep well, wake up in the night and why, and your budget. He will show you styles based on what you told him. He will explain and show you how the mattress is made type of coils, amount of coils and different materials they use .
