Adrienne and her team was incredible! It’s been over a month since I got married and I’m still obsessed with my dress!!! It was so beautiful and fit me perfectly! It was the first dress I tried on and knew it was the one. Adrienne was amazing communicating about fittings and all the details that went along with the dress. Her staff is very kind and helpful and it was an amazing experience!

I fell in love with this fairly new brand, All Who Wonder, and within a few google searches I found Say I Do! They have an impressive selection and really kind staff that will make sure you look and feel beautiful! They also can go above and beyond with other local vendor recommendations to make your planning easier!

The women working there are so great!! So helpful, so calm. So sweet. Getting my veil was so easy. They were so accommodating and kind. Loved it here! Wish I didn’t already get my wedding gown from a different store a year ago so I could have gotten it from here lol

I found my dress at Say I Do and I am so happy I did. I didn’t have the greatest experience at other bridal shops because they wouldn’t let me look at the dresses and they would only bring dresses to me that they thought I would like. Say I Do let me pick out all of the dresses I wanted to try on and it was such a relaxed environment. The owner and her daughter are so kind and made this experience memorable and enjoyable! Can’t wait for my dress to come in!

With only 5 months to plan a wedding I knew right from the start I needed to find my dress. When looking online I found a dress that I was extremely interested in and looked to find a store which had it. Say I Do Bridal made my entire dress process extremely smooth and easy. From the moment I stepped into the store everyone was helpful and kind. It was as if they were helping their own daughters out which made the process very pleasant and not stressful! Adrienne and her team worked to make sure my dress came in on time and fit perfect. The alterations only took a week and looked perfect! I would highly recommend ANYONE in need of a dress to go to Say I Do Bridal Boutique!

5 Stars doesnt even cover it. If I could give 5 million I would! I seriously wouldnt have a dress on my wedding day if it wasnt for them. My fiance and I decided to have a Covid wedding with about 35 of our closes family members. The dress I picked was lost when I took it for alteration 3 days before my wedding day! I called up Say I Do and explained the whole situation and they couldnt of been more understanding and helpful. The owner wears her heart on her sleeve and she cares more about people than anything. I want to thank her and her staff from the bottom and top of my heart!

Truthfully, the only good thing about this store is their variety of dresses. The rest is downhill. Originally from NJ, I flew in for the weekend to go dress shopping with my mom, 2 sisters, cousin, and my mother in law who flew in from the other side of the country. I made an appointment to try on wedding dresses first, then to let the girls try on some bridesmaid dresses. They were helpful with the wedding dresses, but then completely disappeared to go help other brides when it was time for my bridesmaids to try on dresses. While I understand they werent necessarily brides, I made this appointment months prior to all of us flying in, so I was quite disappointed. My bridesmaids had to help each other get into the dresses and no one was of assistance.Since they carry Dessy dresses, I went back with my 2 sisters when we were in town for my bridal shower a few months later. We called ahead and the owner said to come in. When we showed up, she just pointed us in the direction of the dresses and left us completely alone. I helped my sisters put on the dresses and never once did she come back to check on us. Once the girls decided on which dresses they want, we went up to the counter so they can be measured. The owner measured both of the girls to know their size for future order while on the phone and barely gave us the time of day. The size she told my sister to order was 3-4 sizes larger than her regular size. My sister questioned her and she haphazardly measured again and said nope, Im correct. When the dress arrived, it literally had to be cut in half and completely reconstructed.Super disappointed in this place.

I wish I could have found my dress here as the consultant I had was amazing, I believe her name was Judy. Judy was so patient with me as I tried quite a few dresses. What really made the appointment amazing was just how funny she was, me and my mother laughed the entire time as she has a great personality and loves what she does. The last dress I tried on I really did like but there were alterations that needed to be made for me to really see that it could become the perfect dress. I decided not to go with a dress that I was unsure of the end result but Judy made every attempt to try and assist with options for alterations in a hilarious way I may add. All in all this was a great Expo and I would highly recommend this bridal salon.

I highly recommend Say I Do! I purchased my wedding gown here in March 2018 for my October 2018 wedding and I would not have found it so quickly without the help of the wonderful consultant I worked with. In addition, the owner and seamstress worked with my schedule to accommodate my fittings and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. We even found my two flower girl dresses here on pretty short notice and they arrived within a week! Such a wonderful experience and cant thank them enough.

If you are looking for a store with honest, caring, helpful staff, Say I Do is the place to go! Adrienne and her staff always go above and beyond to make your vision come to life. We strolled in there to look for a dress for my mom for my brothers wedding. Staff was very patient in finding a dress that works for her. Once it came in they added/ changed all the things my mom requested! I knew this would be the store I would one day get my wedding dress from. Fast forward to this year, I went back to find my wedding dress and once again it was an amazing experience. Adrienne and the staff are not only hard workers but they also care about all their customers!

This is one amazing bridal store! I came here because they carry the designers of the bridesmaids dresses I wanted. I didnt need an appointment to go and pick out their dresses. When I walked in I was greeted and told where the dresses were of the designer I was looking for. We were able to take as many dresses as we wanted and try them on in the dressing room. I went back many times with my bridesmaids(we never needed an appointment) so they can all pick out the dress they wanted ( 2 diff designers and a color scheme of rose gold and blush.) They were never pushy here and went above and beyond for me and my bridal party. They were always so nice and accommodating! I highly, highly recommend you will not be disappointed. Thank you Say I Do for everything!!

I loved my experience here and highly recommend to other brides. Everyone in the store is very attentive and helpful. They also carry various sizes in the dresses to try on and do not try to squeeze you into a sample dress. This already makes for a great experience. I went to one other place in NYC before Say I Do. I should have just went straight to Say I Do instead. I ended up going back twice and purchasing my dress. Im looking forward to my future appointments!!!

My niece found the prom dress of her dreams last year since this store had a current dress from a trunk show. I called over 25 stores looking for this designer dress & the owner knew exactly what I was talking about when I called. This dress could not be ordered since only limited number are made & the fact that they had the dress my niece wanted was PRICELESS. The dress was brand new & the alterations were made to perfection. I wish I could post a picture of my niece’s never-ending smile on prom night in that dress. I can’t thank Adrienne enough from the first call until my niece walked out with her dream dress ♥️

From the beginning I knew this place was where I would find my dress. Adrienne and her team were excellent and helpful with every step. They were honest with their opinions and we had a ton of fun at every meeting... Made the experience so worth it that I was upset to leave them I enjoyed their company so much! This place is the absolute best. The women who run it seriously live for doing their job well. They are honest with how things look and they are just fantastic. This was only the 3rd place I went and I found my dress here.

Nancy was sweet and efficient. Although she was the only one in the store with three customers needing her attention and the phones ringing she took care of us and was very nice .

It was so busy with girls trying on prom dresses that I wasnt sure initially theyd have time/staff available for me to go through their wedding dress selection. I was a walk-in after all. But the owner came out and let me pick a few dresses while I waited. Staff is very kind and courteous. Great dress selection. Store seems small but they have many dresses and constantly update with whatevers in season. Pretty sure Im going to go back and purchase the dress I tried on.

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for for my bridesmaids. I searched everywhere for a specific color (purple gray) and found it here! The owner is friendly and attentive. We were able to find a great mother and grandmother of the bride dress as well!

While I cannot speak directly about the full bridal experience, I can tell you that there are some beautiful dresses in this shop and the customer experience and service is wonderful. I needed something delicate altered for a wedding I will be attending in May and the owner and her staff were very accommodating. They did a wonderful job with the tailoring but it was their willingness to help me that stood out. This shop knows how to provide exceptional customer service, which is a huge part of the wedding dress shopping experience.

I had a great experience at this bridal shop, after going through so many. They have a wide variety of dresses and price ranges. The ladies help you through out and provide space for you to pick and choose which you’d like to try on. I loved their dresses! Theyre even able to work with the price for you

Got my the train of my dress hemmed here and steamed in April. The staff is great. But I gave it 3 stars because the my white dress dress had 2 runs and a very small stain that looked of ink or dirt they tried to clean... I was getting married that week, therefore I had to take it as it was and make the best of it. It was VERY noticeable and I was extremely stressed out and saddened by this... they knocked of the $20 service fee for not buying the dress from them, however it would have been quadruple better if the dress wasnt damaged in their care. They blamed it on my delicate fabric, but in my opinion, if the fabric is delicate, wouldnt you be more careful about it!!!

Thanks to Adrienne and her team, my wedding dress shopping experience was a dream. They gave me personalized attention missing from larger shops and were refreshingly upfront. I purchased a sample gown, went for one fitting, and had the final product back in weeks. Adrienne went above and beyond to give me that dream dress. Because I didnt care for the sash on the sample, she ordered a new one from the manufacturer in the color that I wanted and replaced it. The whole process went so smoothly, and I highly recommend Say I Do for your wedding needs.

Ive called on many separate occasions to try to make an appointment for a Saturday and all times was told they couldnt take me because they didnt have enough staff. I told them I could come in any weekend day and they said they would call back but never did.

Very nice place, went to shop for bridesmaid dresses, there was lots to chose from and from great designers. The owners were extremely nice and very accommodating, had a very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend.

Outdated shop. Had an appointment but all attention was on another bride who was there that luckily said yes to her dress. Basically was left alone with mom & MOH to browse and try things on on our own. The selections could probably be worse. But then again, not sure if I saw everything because I didn’t really get any help with suggestions. I think it was the owner who pulled one dress for me and went back to the other bride. Despite there being another consultant or 2. As well as multiple fitting rooms. They were nice when they actually spoke to us. Defenitely left wanting more from the experience that I drove an hour for. Better luck somewhere else I guess.

I went to Say I Do Bridal in a search for bridesmaids gowns. The owner assisted me and she was very knowledgeable but the reason for the 2 star rating is due to the lack of customer service. She handed me a couple of dresses and went off to what she was doing. Other than me there was one customer who was being assisted by someone else.Once I came out, she was no where to be found. I got dressed and went to the front of the store waited and than decided to leave.The other associate didnt acknowledge me either.

Beautiful bridal salon with amazing dresses and large selection of bridesmaids dresses. I got all of my bridesmaid dresses for my wedding here. Im a returning customer as my cousins bridesmaids dresses were from here as well. Adrienne and her team are great!

I was in the area at another bridal boutique and had a bad experience, so we stopped in here. Yikes. I knew as soon as I stepped in that I could never buy my dress here. The shop is outdated. The dressing rooms are covered by musty curtains. I couldnt wait to get out of this place. I tried on a few dresses since I believe the best things can be found in the worst places, but it was just not going to happen here.

So comfortable, everyone so nice. Lots of different styles. Highly recommend

I visited several times to find my dress and accessories. As an indecisive bride they were very helpful in guiding me without pressure to buy. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly, even when theyre busy. They treat even their bride-zilla-iest customers with respect and patience. The quality and value of their selection is fabulous. 12 out of 10 do recommend.

In all my 50 years I think I’ve only written one horrific review and it pertained to horrible bedside manner of a doctor. Well let me say that the horrific bedside manner of that doctor was a dream in comparison to the product & service of this bridal store.My daughter the bride, her maid of honor & 2 bridesmaids as well as the mother of the groom all purchased their dresses here and NOT ONE was the right size nor was the service provided after that acceptable!My daughter & two of the girls from the bridal party live a distance from the store so they chose to get alterations elsewhere. When my daughter tried on her bridal gown at the store it was huge! We were advised by Adrianne that “well we needed to order it that big!” I had to pay huge dollars to revise the dress in order to fix it to where my daughter felt it was beautiful for her big day.The bridemaids…..one, who had the alterations done there, had lost a lot of weight and the dress was still so small that had to add a panel in it! And charged her! And the service she received at every visit was horrific! And ditto for the mother of the groom! The bridemaids dresses were SO bad that I had to buy all new dresses for them 2 weeks before the wedding. SAY I DO was advised of all that has transpired and not one call to the bride or myself, the mother of the bride, to try to rectify any of it. Adrianne actually advised the mother of the groom that they dropped the dress line that my daughter’s bridal party sellected because of sizing issues….well if you know that why not call your customers and rectify it with them???? I was going to give the owner a call prior to writing this review, but why??? We received no such respect, why should I respect they??? In other reviews you will see a common theme as far as service….I beg you to take them serious! They truly are quite nasty at your follow up appointments than just blame it on being busy. BUYER BEWARE!

The sales woman was very rude, she was rushing and made me even more stress and her dressses made me catch a rash on my body . Everytime I told her I wanted to try a different dress she would give me an attitude . She would leave me and help others . Within the 20 minutes of walking in she told me to hurry up . I do not recommend this place to anyone
