A really fine, small, well-curated store with first-rate service and fresh, high-quality food. Not sure why they have dug up more than half their parking lot, but parking is a bit of an issue at some times of day, though there is usually on-street parking available.

I love Millers. One time I misplaced my debit card. Actually, I think I was short some money. I started to put back somethings. Then Carl Miller just gave me an IOU. I couldnt believe it, I mean people actually do that. So they didnt take any of my money. I was able to use the remaining money until payday. I came back on the next Friday and paid my debt. To be 100 percent honest most people at Millers know my name. I go to the Deli for lunch. They have the BEST DOUGHNUTS besides Green Bush. The broasted 🐔 is super tasty too. The prices are fair considering the size of the place. I like the older people vibe and Im glad they have people with special needs working there. Its a great community grocers and if you havent been, stop on through.

Im here to ride the Ironman Wisconsin bike course. I also eat very healthy so I was looking for a grocery store I can trust to have fresh fruit and other items. Fresh strawberries and blueberries!!!First time here, extremely clean, great deli and fruit. They have more than I thought they would have. Great staff! Great experience!

Stopped in this grocery store location to pick up some groceries for the week. I honestly feel like they had some great deals on both produce and their cheese and deli selections. Very clean and organized store, and the staff were friendly and courteous. The parking lot had tons of spaces and room to park.

Fantastic full service grocery store. I love to make the short drive from Madison to shop one of the best local grocers. Great variety across the board with one of the best meat counters and their produce is aways fresh. We have a great experience whenever we shop at Miller’s, but today they outdid themselves.My wife sent me there with a modest list, yet I needed help three times. All three went above and beyond, and were kind and personable.My visit was late Saturday morning 1/30/21.The last one was notable even for Miller’s. I went up to a young man in produce, and asked him where I could find “Truly” Hard Seltzer. He went back in the beer cooler with me, and when he couldn’t locate it he had Liquor Mgr. Sadie paged. Sadie showed up soon after, took me right to it (I had walked past it earlier of course), and took part in a FaceTime visit with my wife when the flavor she asked for wasn’t offered. We figured it out, visited for a couple minutes (we just retired back home after living out of state since 1997), and went our separate ways.I realize this is a long review. It needed to be for those who read it to get a full appreciation for the atmosphere and attitudes of the people of Millers Market.

Would highly recommend a trip to check them out. The cleanest grocery store I have seen in years. Prices are comparable and the employees are all about excellent customer service.

Great local hometown grocery store. I like how they hire young kids and they walk your grocery cart to your car. The kids also interact with. Nice well maintained store with a good selection of products. Liquor and spirits selection is huge. Employees are always friendly and helpful. They also help out working with community for donations to the food bank and Angels Wish Animal rescue.

Nice little local grocery, you can find a lot of small batch products ranging from tortilla chips and salsa to sausage to preserves and candy. They also bring your groceries out to the car for you, which is a bit old fashioned but I love it.

I shopped over my lunch hour today and realized when I got home that I was missing a bag. I called to ask that they refrigerate my purchase until I could pick it up this evening. Instead, Kevin offered to deliver it to me. Over and above customer service!

I love their well-stocked deli!! My favorites are Boars Head Maple Honey Baked Turkey, Deviled Egg Potato Salad, shredded BBQ pork and baked beans with ground beef in them. To die for!!Great produce, frozen and refrigerated foods, and dairy. Liquor area. Dont look for paper products or sanitizing products, though. Follow arrows on the floor, wear a mask, squirt hand sanitizer as you enter and leave, and wipes are available for your cart. Shop safely. Staff wear masks and will put your groceries in your trunk.

I have been going to Millers in Mount Horeb for a year, and now moved to Verona and started going to that location. This is by far the best grocery store that I have ever been to! They care about every single customer. I love that it’s not as big as some of the other stores and somehow they still have everything you can possibly need! In the times we are going through now I appreciate Millers and every employee at their stores! They work so hard, are so kind. I appreciate them so much! Thank you for all you do for every customer, the community, and this world! Someday hopefully other stores can learn a thing from you all. Stay healthy and again thank you all for all you do!

Millers is a great place to find things that are not found in all stores. They have some unique items but not a wide variety. Unique things take the place of basic. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Very attentive of new health department requirements. Always have hand sanitizer and cart wipes. Everyone wears masks as well. Prices are a bit higher than Woodmans or Walmart. But, its definitely a good place to go for odds and ends or items youre short on.One thing I forgot to mention is their amazing selection of Boars Head deli products. Until I went to Millers Ive never had them but now its the only kind of deli meat I will buy and they have SOOOO many to choose from as well as the newest creations, I never get bored.

A wonderful local grocery store. Ive been coming over the years. Its a nice family operated business that does a lot for the community. They have a great deli and bakery department. I love coming in for salads and biscuits. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. Theres a nice big parking lot. And they offer assistance with carrying out groceries. We love this place.

Great small town grocery gone big time. This is how to compete with the Walmarts and the other big boys in the grocery world. Spacious, clean, great selection, meat and produce are the best. They have a wonderful deli if you just dont feel like cooking. The employees are neat, clean, polite, and helpful. They also have some very competitive prices especially on sale items. I highly recommend shopping here.

I love going to Millers in Verona. They always have weekly specials, and the staff is very friendly and very helpful as well. The store is laid out pretty Well, so you can go through the store pretty quickly, and you wont break your bank by shopping there. If you need to find a twice a year item you dont get very often, the whole staff knows where things are. If you would like an item they dont usually Carry, let a manager know and a lot of times it will get added to the store. Millers is a great shopping experience.

Ok, I am hot and sweaty and I want to go home, but I could not leave the parking lot until I wrote a review.I just shopped here for the very 1st time. I am currently housesitting for some friends and called him to ask where I could get some groceries, they said “duh Miller’s “ so I googled you and came to get a few things. Well let’s just say I didn’t leave with just a few things. First and foremost the selection was absolutely wonderful, everything was very fresh, everyone was very kind and helpful, my groceries were packed properly for the first time ever in years and then a kind young gentleman help me to my car and I didn’t even have my cane with me, I guess you do this for everybody. All I can say is I was absolutely impressed. What you do is appreciated immensely and because of that I’m going to now have to drive all the way here from Madison to get my Groceries. Buko kudos for making my experience so pleasurable. You know what I like most about Miller & Sons? All the employees seem so happy! I dont think Ive ever encountered a sullen associate while shopping. When the workers are happy, it makes for a very pleasant customer experience. The store is clean and the prices are reasonable. Miller & Sons also supports Fetch Rewards, so you can use the Fetch Rewards app to check out date and earn additional savings.

These guys are awesome, friendly and so helpful. I call them from Colorado to order flowers for my elderly mother in a nearby assisted living facility, they always help me out and even take flowers over to her!! We always stop in here when we are in town. They are just as nice in person. Never had a bad experience here.

Always a good small grocery store. Had some pretty good deals. Personally the thing that bugs me about the place is last I looked their pet food was right across from their cleaning supplies which bothered me having things animals will ingest right across the isle from chemicals like bleach and laundry soap. Otherwise they have a fair selection of human fresh food items and fairly easy to navigate the store. Associates are always very friendly and the store helps support people

Great local store. Checkout is always fast and its nice to support the local school kids who work here. They are professional and do a great job. Prices can be significantly higher than the chain stores and the produce selection can be slim pickings depending on when you go.

We go to Millers at least once a week to pick up some things. The stores are friendly and do a lot of community service and give a lot of the local kids their first job and have long time employees too. Prices arent always super great but selection is good and it is very nice to have a local store like this.

Great selection for a small local store but because theyre smaller their prices on some items are a little higher than others. You do need to watch expiration dates because Ive unloaded groceries at home and realized that an item was already past the expired date.

Love Millers! Never shop anywhere else. They do so much for the community. Love how they carry your groceries to your car. And several times they have been out of something I wanted but when I mentioned it to the owner he said come back on x day and it would be here. And it was! They even have online shopping now. So much cheese and dairy! This supermarket was well stocked and had all of the items we needed while we stayed at an AirBnB in Verona for the week. The cashiers and checkout help we polite and offered to help load the groceries for us.

First I had a wonderful brat at the brat stand. I hadnt been here for years and years and was pleasantly surprised! Everyone is so helpful and seemed happy and barely a line because they had enough staff and registers open! The manager was helping and making sure everything was running smoothly Ill definitely be back!

Ordered a cake from the bakery for my parents 50 year anniversary and I’ve never gotten so many compliments on a cake before! Highly recommend getting a cake from there if you ever need one. White cake with buttercream frosting on top and in the middle. Absolutely delicious! Also really love the service of them always offering to carry my groceries out to my car...such a nice thing! 😊😊😊

Miller and sons is a great Verona business and tradition. The store has fresh produce and great meat selection. They offer a wide variety of local food products and during the seasons they carry local produce. The brat stand is a great fundraiser for charity and a nice lunch before shopping. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are walking down a isle looking lost an employee wi stop to see if you need help finding items. On the traditional side baggers carry you bags to your car and load it. A long lost service I remember was standard as a kid. What I call Carls coffee in the morning creates a fun social atmosphere for people to shop and socialize. Keep you the good work!!

Definitely the best local grocery. If you can find what youre looking for they are happy to order it. Their bakery is fantastic and for sure has the best darn frycakes around. The meat is always fresh as is the produce. And my favorite part is that they support local area farms and 4H and food businesses. They support the local schools and people as well. And they still carry your groceries to your car for you!

We pass through Verona quite a bit for sporting events. A friend told us we should stop here for donuts. Wow!!! I dont even like cake donuts, but their fry cakes were amazing! The have different flavors each day. Go in the morning. They do sell out. The grocery store is clean, well-organized, and the people are very friendly.

Best donuts and cakes around. Call the day before and they will have your donuts boxed ad waiting for you. Grab and go. They also make beautiful wedding cakes for a reasonable price. This business also contributes thousands of dollars to provide support for the schools and other community based groups.

Miller and Sons is the place to go if you know how to make a dish pretty well and you instantly want to ruin it.Im one of those who buys small amounts of food but frequently so I can have fresh produce and try a bunch of different dishes. Im no chef, but whenever I go to Millers, I cant find any good produce. Even though I can walk there, Id rather get in the car and drive for 15 minutes to get something quality. Plus their prices are never any better.That being said, if I just need a bag of chips or something, I can stop by and grab then easy enough. Everyone seems relatively nice, which is the only reason this got 2 stars.

I brought in my service dog in training today. It was her first time in a public store, other than Mounds or PetSmart. We walked around and purchased a few items. I love Millers -- Veronas Main Street anchor. Friendly, helpful staff; excellent meat, fish and cheese selections; great deli counter; a well-stocked wine and beer section (including walk-in cooler). And theyre very community-minded: they hire loads of high school students, and offer their site and services to local nonprofit groups (school clubs, 4-H, FFA, Salvation Army, food pantry) for fundraising.
