On Monday my fiance set up an appointment for yesterday at 2 pm for us to visit Hughes Floorings show room, as we are interested in replacing carpeting in our basement. We arrived yesterday at 2 pm, and the show room was locked with the lights off. We first tried knocking on the door, but it appeared no one was there. We also tried calling, and left a voicemail, and still, no one has responded or even apologized for not being there for a scheduled appointment. Obviously, we will not be using Hughes Flooring for our flooring project.

For any commercial flooring demolition or installation Jason and his team cannot be beat. They are reliable and the quality of the work speaks to generations of experience within the Hughes Flooring organization. We appreciate your timely arrivals, ability to adhere to timelines, and the change orders being seamless!
