Ive been here about ten times now, and the woman who works here has had an attitude with me every single time for no reason, making snarky remarks. Not a very welcoming experience. Will drive further from now on to go somewhere else.

Terrible, had items delivered. They ignored my request and gave what they wanted. For example order Cherty Coke got Orange Vanilla and Pepsi Mango. I would NEVER drink Orange/vanilla or Mango.Other items were also all wrong!

EMPLOYEES DONT WEAR A MASK. the woman that works behind the register got in my 11 year old sisters face about wearing a mask because she was wearing one under her sweatshirt. while she was yelling and just a few inches away from her face she did not have a mask on.

Came here at 11:54pm on 1/12/2020 and two guys are inside. Knocked on door several times and the guys just ignored me and didnt even look my way. The cashier is counting money and the other guy is sweeping the floors but i guess dvdrubody is too busy to take care of customers. Even if they are counting money, be nice if one of the TWO guys coulda acknowledged me and told me what was going on. Horrible place, go to the exxon down the street, much friendlier.

I was really looking forward to a couple of Big Bite hot dogs with chili and cheese. The man behind the counter said the hot dogs wouldnt be fully cooked for 45 minutes. I said Id take 2 anyway, zap them in my microwave at home. I asked for an extra container to put the chili and cheese in. Well, there was no cheese at all (the machine is broken), and the chili was simply reddish water with tiny bits of, presumably, beef. I walked out the door. This, i must assume, is indicative of a store that is poorly run. I will not be returning.

So I go to make a purchase and my debit card says declined twice according to the woman who is the manager, so I pay with my credit card which goes through. Just to make sure, I check my bank account and it shows two debits in the amount of the transaction in addition to the credit purchase. Woman gets angry with me and says impossible, our machine never makes mistakes, so I proceed to show her my account and she belligerently says the minus sign means no payment was made. I call the bank in front of her and her and her son or whatever he is are shaking their heads so I put her on the phone with the bank. Bank associate tells her she was paid 3 times, yet she hands me the phone back saying the bank rep told her I was only charged once, lmao. Bank rep told me she noted in the account the manager changed every word she was told for her own benefit. Never have I dealt with such self serving idiots in my life, spread the word, thats my motto. Bank will reimburse me, just the audacity of the large hairy woman and the attitude she gave me will not be tolerated, especially when she was wrong and was told so by the bank. So instead of her just refunding on the spot, I wait a week for 40 dollars from the bank when the rep said all she had to do at the store was do 2 reverse transactions.

Left my cell phone there my lawyer was actually stopping to get coffee before meeting and was told that they were talking over the store and they did not have access to office yet it was locked that the owners would have to open so I called and no one ever answers phone so went with no phone I vanished no one knows anything about my brand new lg phone that cost about 600 so I put it on suspend for monthsI was going to get a new phone turned on and someone answered it and was saying that store loxation via gsp app I contacted corporate office and they said they woul personally Fire or strip rights or have police involved if anyone is not returning my lost phone. They said they would send a management person from corporate to meet me and would see what kind of theirs were working the store. Please return my phone or contact me

Turned off the slurpee machine for 7-11 day. 100% can guarantee it will be on tomorrow. We were here for water. Also it had the ingredients they just turned it off.
