Berman Home Systems recently did a project for me at my new home. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, attentive, and it was all around a great experience. Cant say enough good things about BHS and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to update their home. The guys did a great job and were easy to get in touch with all throughout the project and after.

They did a job for me a couple years ago and were both professional and responsive - although they arent cheap. However, I reached back out to them recently to do another job and they just arent the same. Took me three or four attempts to contact them just to have one of their people come out to put together a quote. Days go by after the visit and they dont ever generate a quote. So, I follow up twice asking for the quote and each time they say theyre really busy and itll be another couple days. Eventually I moved on to someone who came out, provided a quote and did the work all inside a week - for what I can only imagine was less money than Berman would have charged. Customer service has become non-existent.
