Wonderful company and people to work with! Always pleasant and professional. Ive had multiple shirts and hats embroidered and every order was on time and the finished product was perfect. Their shop has a ton of cool stuff too! Making that gift custom through embroidery shows a higher level of care and monograms plus makes that easy.

They monogrammed 3 book bags for me which enhanced the beauty of the gifts. They sell some detergent that is really hard to find that clean & smell really good! The people are really sweet

Great place to pick up a gift or two. The only problem is it is a little crowded with all the items they have to display. They really could use a little more room. I am sure there are many more items they would offer if they just had a little more room. We found a few things for Mothers day here today. The people who work here are very nice. The clerk offered to wrap up our gifts for free.

Still the standard in monogramming and gifts. They have a little bit of everything.

OMG! Treasure, the owner, and the lady that did my embroidery are SUPER kind, sweet, and caring. I had a bad experience with a previous embroidery store (they messed up my UAB jacket). I was scared to go into any other store because of the bad experience from the Galleria Hoover mall location but Treasure took care of me VERY WELL. OMG I LOVE THIS PLACE! They took care of me like family and their prices are reasonable. They are the best Birmingham local business that you would want to support during the COVID-19 crisis. I havent witnessed such an incredible level of customer service from a local business in a very long time. My clothes were delicate and they treated it as such. They used specific thread and cloth so that my fabric doesnt get damaged. The owner is incredibly kind and maternal- love her!!! Treasure, I will definitely be bringing more clothes & scrubs for you to monogram for me!! Thank yall so much!!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤
