These guys were incredible! They were honest, gave us more than fair value on our trade-ins and their vehicle selection is top notch. Warren was fantastic to work with. Shady dealership that lies about theirs cars to get you to buy them. I recently bought a car from them and I was told that everything was good on the car. I was told that the navigation worked and that I just had to call onstar to get it turned on. When I called onstar I was told to take it to a dealership and have the navigation looked at. The module on the navigation needs replacing and will cost me 1100 plus to get fixed. Also the cars alignment was off and the tires were going bald from the inside out. The new tires and alignment cost me another 1000. Bad dealership

I recently totaled my car and wanted to replace it with something close to what I had lost. I found this Lexus with less miles than mine had and 2 years newer, so I stopped by to check it out. Warren met me outside and was incredibly helpful and willing. I asked him if my mechanic could have a look at it and he made no beans about it. Long story short, Warren worked with me on my deal and helped get it perfect for me even if it meant less money for him. Bought a 2012 R8 v10 6mt from these guys. Car was higher miles but was high quality and in amazing shape as promised. I am from Texas so all negotiating took place over the phone. Micheal, the salesman not the owner, was very helpful, and Kelsey was outstanding as well! I love smaller dealership like these that are much more personable and flexible than big dealers. Don’t let the size and smaller inventory steer you away. They seem to have higher quality, gently used, specialized vehicles on the lot. We got a very fair price nailed down before I got there, and when I flew out was treated to five star service. Micheal picked me up from the airport, we did a test drive, paperwork, and I drove the R8 800 miles home right after. Highly recommend whether you’re local or an out of state buyer. Only wish they were closer! Only wish I could have met the owner!

Very easygoing place to do business. No pressure sales. Upfront and honest. The whole buying process was easy. Filled out application online then came in a to sign papers. Only took about 15 minutes to sign papers and we were gone with our car. Prices were very reasonable. Would recommend this place.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.I already know from looking at previous bad reviews that the owner will respond to this and deny everything I’m saying or try to blame me in some way but everything that I’m saying is the truth and I would never recommend anyone buy a vehicle from these people. I recently purchased a 1995 f-150 from them with a 120,000 miles on it which is low mileage for the year. After arriving at the dealership for the first time i test drive the truck and look at everything i can to make sure everything is working as it should. This truck comes from the factory with two gas tanks and as I go to flip the switch to go from the 1st to the 2nd gas tank the truck starts to die. I am then assured by the sales man that the tank works fine and that it is just out of gas. I go home to give myself a couple of days to think about my decision. I come back a couple of days later to look at the truck again and I tell the salesman that I would buy it if I knew both gas tanks worked at they should. He says he will put gas in the second tank to prove to me that it works. He comes back and says they only put 12 dollars in it but the tank does work. And after looking at it and flipping the tank switch it appears that it does. I buy the truck and leave to fill it with gas and as I am putting gas in the second tank I hear a splashing sound and come to find out it’s leaking gas from the tank almost faster then I can put it in. IT WAS NOT SAFE AND THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT IT WORKING. I am a first responder and firefighter and I can say that is a good way to cause a serious accident because too much heat from the exhaust or if one spark hit the gas it could cause a fire or explosion. I went down the interstate to go home and it lost 18 gallons of gas by the time I got home. I take it to a mechanic and come to find out the suspension and steering components are rusted out as well and I have a brake caliper locked up on the driver’s side which means only one brake works. So now I’m driving a vehicle that has gas flying out and only has one brake that works. I go the next day to voice my concerns and I am told they will not do anything to fix my problem and that I should’ve got it inspected before I bought it. I asked the guy if they got the vehicle inspected before the sold it to make sure it was safe for their customers to which he has no response. They did nothing to try to fix the unsafe truck they sold me and told me that because i negotiated the truck down 800 dollars when I bought it that should cover my issues. The reason why they negotiated down 800 dollars was because i wouldn’t have bought it the truck even if it didn’t have these issues for what they were asking and then they act like they did me a favor. Don’t buy from these people they don’t care about you or your family and have no trouble selling a vehicle that’s not safe to drive and will do nothing to fix it the day after.

I had an enjoyable purchase of a 2014 Audi S8 from Hollywood Imports. I had been looking at the Audi A8L on Cargur for some time but then I saw an S8....Whooa! I was always on google looking at Sports and as I scrolled down, adds would pop up a out S8s. So I seen this one from Hollywood Imports and after looking at the pictures numerous times 😀 I put an offer in. Then I got an email from Warren Fuller a salesman for Hollywood Imports. After talking to Warren, I could tell that he was a cool, down to earth guy. That made me feel good inside because I live in West Virginia which is about 10 hrs away from the Dealership. So we talked about the car and we befriended each other on fb so that he could do facetime walk around the vehicle for me 👍. The guy was great, because he even told me that the car was about a 9.5 out of a 10 as far as the condition inside and out...Ok! So I was skeptical about making a purchase on a vehicle site unseen? But he gave me his assurance about the car....I know youre thinking another car salesman trying to sell a car🤔 In all honesty I never felt that way about Warren and trust me, Ive owned about 80 vehicles! So after letting him know that I was interested in purchasing the car he emailed me all of the paperwork and told me to call him after I printed it off. I called him and he went over each piece with me to sign. Warren is an exceptional Salesman and his boss should feel really good to have a guy like him on board. IBefore I made the final steps to purchase the vehicle I read their reviews and read about them staff which people spoke reallly well about during their vehicle purchase from Hollywood Imports! The dealership doesnt look like a large Used Car Dealership that would imagine but they handle their business to help you vehicle purchase enjoyable.

I had been looking for a Honda pilot and Hollywood imports really helped me out. I got a great deal from Noni. I called later in the day and he stayed late just to see us and let us test the car. He gave my 3 kids ice cream and flavored water while we waited to get all the paper work together. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had.

I was going to buy a truck from them cash the price was 8995 . I call them and they tried to tell me it was 9995 I show them a picture from Facebook and she keep telling me I was wrong than hr later she text me her boss changed the price last night to 8995 what I say it was but the problem with that is I LOOKED AT THE POST ON FACEBOOK 3DAYS AGO..THATS just been liars to me.

I stopped here in my search for a low mileage range rover. They had two on the lot, both supercharged 510 hp models but with more miles than I was looking for. I drove one and then had a long talk with the sales guy, Jason (I think), who really helped educate me about his business and how he could help me. He took time to help me out with information I needed when he did not have to. I did not end up buying from them but appreciated his help.

Unethical car dealer. Tried to buy a truck from these guys. I had been in earlier and they didnt want to give me much for my trade, which I expected. So I decided to just take them a check and buy the truck. Text sales kid and ask what they wanted cash for the truck. Sales kid says hes working on something for me with the owner, but never called me back. I called them the next morning and they sold the truck. Unethical car dealer! How was I to know your sales kid had no intention of calling me back after he said he was checking with the owner for me. You want to defend being unprofessional, go ahead. Will let people know what kind of business you are and to steer clear!

This dealership will lie to you & the kicker is over 100 dollars. They Lied about the oil change they said they would pay me back & they never did. I will keep posting the Truth about this until I receive my 100. If they will lie about just a oil change they will lie about anything just to make a sell. This dealership sets up bogus vehicle offers, including fake pictures which they claim are stock photos and they are only included to entice buyers. That speaks volumes of the companies integrity. One of the employees even admitted to me on the phone that he is just a messenger, and has no control over the lies that the company is part of. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. They are not trustworthy!.. beware

We showed up the other day to look at a 2008 white Toyota Sequoia they currently have listed! (theres a reason you dont see pictures of the carpet in certain areas). I had texted Noni over the weekend and set up an appointment. We drove from Atlanta. We showed up had to wait over a hour and vehicle was not there. We were told it was having tires out on it. (I looked at the so called new tires, they probably had 5-10,000 miles left on them.) It finally gets their and carpet it severely stained. Next I get in to crank the vehicle and it wont crank. Im told it needs a new battery. Next we wait over 30 minutes and then we get in it cranks and the air in the front passenger and driver seat doesnt work. Then Im told its a programming issue and thats why the tired took so long. (Im guessing they also had issues and could not get it to crank). Buyer BEWARE! Reviews are correct of this place. I tried to give them a chance. Do NOT waste your time or money!

This is my second experience with this company! I purchased my first Porsche here and just purchased my second one here today! Damon is awesome, I would recommend this company a million times hands down!

We were looking for a modest car for our graduating senior so we were a bit skeptical when we walked onto this small dealers lot filled with Maserati, Corvettes, Lexus, BMW, etc. We found a listing on a car search app that told us to try these guys out. The funny thing is that Damon Treadwell, warned us off the vehicle we went in for and pointed us to a more affordabe and appropriate option he had available. His honesty saved us money as well as some probable headaches in the future.We left the dealership to try other vehicls we had picked out from the app without complaint or the old salesman shuck and jive (once upon a time I sold cars and did the thing where you keep the prospect on the lot as long as possible even when you know you dont have anything they want). A full day where my wife and I drove five other cars after driving several in the previous week, brought us back to Damon and Hollywood Imports.After coming to terms, even the closing process was simple and smooth. None of that going back to a finance office where there are as many hard sells of extended warranties as there are cameras recording every move.All in, this was a very unexpectedly pleasant car buying experience.The last thing Ill say that was pleasant and unexpected was the owner was out back detailing sold cars for delivery alongside another employee. That may have been the final touch that sold the dealership, and ultimately the vehicle for us.

I first attempted to speak with someone online through the inquiry option provided on the website. Being that I was over the road driving at the time this was easier for me. No on responded. When I got in town I went to purchase the car the guy that I spoke with told me it was sold the previous day. He didn’t even try to show me another car. He was very dry and short and the sad part was I had a cashiers check to give just Incase I saw something else I wanted however it’s their lost I will not go and attempt to purchase from them. The service was dry unprofessional and uninviting.

Wonderful place at first before I started to have problems with my car less than to week of having it.if only I had look at the reviews before I purchased the car.but thats ok Im a Firm Believer in God And I also believe in karma what goes around does come back this was a very bad experience for me with them. I also believe you treat people how you want to be treated .that wasnt the case in this Situation. And I also would like to think one person that works there that got me Back a little of my money. Otherwise this is a very bad place to purchase a car from I would not recommend this place to anyone.👎

Damon was a great sell person and help me get into a 2015 Nissan Altima and its loaded leather seats backup camera and push start I recommend anyone to go to Hollywood import and ask for Damon!!

They are maybe okay if you are local, but DO NOT BUY FROM THEM if you are flying in to pick up the car. We agreed on the deal over the phone based on their description and photos. The car is perfect, etc. The car had A TON of touch up paint and scratches. The hood had clearly been repainted. Dont trust them to give an accurate description if you are remote. Also, as part of the deal they said they would put tires on the car because it needed them....they put on used tires....on a late model Mercedes convertible....seriously, that happened. Learn from my mistake, dont waste your time or money.....
