Absolutely fantastic. The staff here is extremely friendly and knowledgable to new people and beginners, as well as holding a great selection for everyone. It is MtG and other TCG games focused, but the staff is extremely open to people who want to play games outside of that scope. I cant wait to visit again soon!

Pinnacle, the Birmingham collectibles market, and the Madison/Huntsville market are as good as you will get before either Atlanta or Mobile.Anywhere else in the south east is going to be lacking in product, environment, or price.Pinnacle is a trustworthy shop. They will give you fair prices on trade ins. More importantly they are the ONLY store in the state that will take video game trade ins. This is huge since we all know how big of a rip off GameStop is.I love this store. All the employees there are great and the Birmingham Magic the Gathering community is the best you’ll see anywhere.Wishing nothing but continued success.

Amazing store and people! From the moment I walked in, I loved the atmosphere! The regulars are super friendly and I’ve never been turned down for a game. This is a great shop for any player but I want to emphasize that I feel this shop is especially great for female players! You are seen & recognized as a player by all attendees. The owner, Josh, is always fair in his pricing and genuinely cares about the shop goers. I spend almost every weekend at Pinnacle and am happy to call it my home LGS. Pinnacle cards and games is a fantastic store. Theyre running different events every day Ive come in. Theyve got super friendly and helpful staff. They know their stuff when it comes to Magic the Gathering, which is everything I come for. Theyve got a huge collection of cards worth picking up too, and theyll cut you a good deal for whatever youre hunting!These guys are phenomenal, and Ive been shouting their praises back and forth for quite a while. My husband and I live in Houston and came to town because my mom is in the ICU. I was having a hard day and we decided to catch a few EDH games and buy some cards. We have been visiting other card shops while we were in town. We came across Pinnacle Cards and Games and decided to stop in. From the moment we walked into the door until we walked out of the door, we had the best experience. The staff was welcoming, engaging, and knowledgeable. They had a case with a great selection of cards. They also had binders full of cards.The other players there immediately introduced themselves, engaged us in conversation and invited us to play. It was refreshing to find a place that reminds me of my shop at home.The culture there is amazing. Best card shop in town by far.

This is an awesome store to come to and meet new people and play some magic. The store has a friendly atmosphere and it’s a good place to come to play all types of magic! Best card shop in Alabama, bar none. Top-notch facility and playing space, friendly ownership, fair prices, and fantastic selection of singles and sealed products. On top of that, the community is large and welcoming. Definitely the place to be for those into Magic and other TCG and tabletop games.
