Great experience. Garage door would not close with broken springs and wire off alignment. Called in the afternoon and they were there within 3 hours. Brandon was polite, cordial, and knowledgeable. After our garage door spring broke I was stuck in the garage I started calling around for help, everyone I called was not able to get to us until the next day end of the business, or later in the week. When I called Red Mountain they were able to schedule me that day from 10-12. After 30 minutes I was called by the Tech. Sean G. asking if he could come earlier. When he arrived he was knowledgeable and clearly explained the process and completed the work with ease. Sean then explained how to properly maintain the garage and prevent future issues. Today I had the pleasure of being serviced by two of the kindest, most honest, and professional gentlemen, that work for your company, Red Mountain Garage. Mr. Sean Grantham and Mr. Joe Willingham initially came out to my home to repair my garage door, which had gotten out of alignment over the last couple days. Sean and Joe were on time, they were considerate, they asked permission to enter spaces that they needed access to, and they were honest about the overall condition of my door. After providing me with detailed information concerning the operation of my door, the remaining shelf life of the door, and all potential risks and hazards of retaining the door, my husband and I decided to purchase a new door from Red Mountain Garage Doors. Although my door probably won’t be installed for another week or so (due to having to be ordered), when it is installed, I would love to have Sean Grantham and Joe Willingham to be the install team. These guys exemplified great pride in their work, they were incredibly knowledgeable, and they represented Red Mountain Garage Doors well. I give their service 10 stars. As a consumer, I have had many service providers enter my home for repairs, delivery, assembly, or installation. These two guys have by far provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. For some reason our garage door didn’t open all the way and I didn’t realize it...so I backed up and somehow pushed it out and off the track. I couldn’t get my car out of the garage. So, I just got home and I found that the garage door to my basement that had been messed up for the past month had been fixed and is working flawlessly.
