Horrible. HORRIBLE experience. These guys do NOT know what they’re doing when it comes to TV mounting! Do not waste your time!

I had an appointment scheduled for over a week. No one showed up nor let me know that they werent coming. Multiple attempts to reach someone go directly to voicemail.

Excellent work! My TV and surround sound mounting process went seamlessly. The workers answered all of my questions and were incredibly respectful and thorough. Would definitely use them again!

Tech Hourly was fantastic. We had a complicated Mantle Mount and a traditional TV mount that we needed installed. Scheduling with them was very easy on their website. Pricing was also reasonable and very straightforward. The guys that came out were professional and did a great job. They also do a lot more than just TV mount installations.

We had scheduled an appointment at 2:00 today to mount a TV on our bedroom wall. We waited and waited until 4:00 p.m. and no onehad given us a call at all. No show. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!! James Senderson.

Very disappointed in my experience. I hired them to mount a TV. The gentleman arrived after the two hour time window provided and an hour after he called saying it would be 30 minutes. Showed up in a truck with a different companys branding and wasnt wearing anything to suggest he was from this company. Initially told me he had the correct tilt mount needed with him and then said he actually didnt and that my options were to either buy a more expensive mount from him or reschedule for another time. Then said he would be able to relocate an outlet but after he started drilling into the wall said he couldnt. Promised they would have someone call me to arrange for the holes he left to be patched, but no one ever called. Now Ill just have my own handyman come patch the holes they left. The TV is mounted, so I guess the purpose of their services were met, but unlikely to use again.

Excellent built-in communication from an immediate automated email confirmation of the appointment, an automated email reminder about the appointment, and the techs called on their way, and arrived during their scheduled time frame. The techs offered good suggestions and were friendly & efficient. We will definitely use Tech Hourly again, and we have already recommended them to another family.

The service was great.quick,efficient and friendly. Technician knew his job and provided exactly what I needed done with my cables and tv. Would use use again.

Extremely poor business practices. Scheduled an appointment through their website to this morning. Understand that they have a two hour window to show. Three hours after scheduled appointment, no contact from either technician or company. Tried the Lets Chat on their website, they were checking on the status of my appointment and thats it. Called the number on the website, voicemail states will return call within 5-10 minutes. No call back. if I can give them zero stars, I would. If you value your time like I do, I would definatley seek tech installation from some other company.

I have used Tech Hourly twice and both times have been GREAT!! They arrive within the window, they are knowledgeable of the tech they are handling, they are professional and most of all they careful with my equipment. they will be my GO TO tech company for any tech work that I dont want to do in my home. A real 5 star company. Great technician, knowledgeable and very nice. Did a great job in a short period of time.

Their crew showed up timely, helped with planning a Night Owl security system, customer service was outstanding, and troubleshot/fixed any problem that came up. They also did well with cleaning up and delivering a great finished product. I would hire them again.

Tech Hourly mounted my TV to tilt up and down and also right and left. The technician then worked to get all accessories working such as DVD, sound bar, cable box. Everything was working when he left. They do not ask for payment in advance which Geek Squad did. Geek wanted credit information on phone to make appointment and their appointment was farther out than Tech.

Technician was prompt, courteous and professional. Be mindful of additional fees for equipment and services that are not factored into the base rate.

Good experience. Tech was knowlegeable and on time. Advised on best solution instead of just doing what was on the order. The only technical issue was that he didnt verify that NetFlix was working before he left which caused me to have another Tech come out and cost an additional $135. Would recommend again but overall cost me alot more money than anticipated. I purchased additional hardware and an additional service call. So, about $600 more than initial quote. Just be careful to make certain of the cost youre committing to. Its a lot more than just the hourly rate.

Hourly Techs came to house they were very courteous and knew what they were doing.We are very pleased with their work.
