I took a chance on Cartridge World for the first time and Im glad I did! Bill was so helpful and friendly on helping me choose a printer that best served my needs. Then came Carlos who was absolutely amazing! I was having technical issues with connectivity on my end and he was so knowledgeable, determined, friendly and patient to get the printer connected successfully! This company reminds me of the way businesses used to run with care and compassion...and that personal connection! Gardendale Chiropractic Center has been using Cartridge World for all our printer/printing needs since 2017. We have been very pleased with the genuine service they have given us for the last few years. All I do is call, and a representative is here that day or by the end of the week to help with our issues. Recently, we had to have a longer chord for our printer, and Bill came over that day and fixed it for us. Great customer service and prices!

I have used Cartridge World in Vestavia Hills for my business toner needs for a few years. Their prices are much lower than the box stores. Bill Vasilios and his staff are very friendly and efficient. Bill personally handled a very difficult situation for me recently. My HP Laser Jet printer started printing pages with a color defect. I was unable to determine the cause and Bill volunteered to check it out at no charge. He quickly found that one of the cartridges had failed and was causing the poor print quality. He replaced the defective cartridge at no charge because it came from his store. This would never have happened at a big box store because they would not have been able to diagnose the problem. Bill sells and services printers so he is well equipped to resolve printer problems. The best part is that my printer problem was handled in a matter our hours instead of days. I depend on my printer everyday for my business and I cannot do without it for long. I highly recommend Bill for your printer cartridge and printer service needs.

These folks are AWESOME! They save us a lot of money while providing excellent customer service. Carlos came to install a new printer for me and our setup presented a few problems for him. He was determined to get it done though. His patience and knowledge paid off!

Great customer service and competitive prices!! Whenever we need a cartridge I call Terri at the Vestavia location and have what I need within a few days. The best part - THEY DELIVER and pick up the old cartridges.

Ive used Cartridge world Vestavia since 2011. My business has spent over $86K with them. The very few times weve had a problem with an ink or toner theyve helped us trouble shoot it or replaced it immediately. I could not ask for faster, friendlier, easier, or more complete service. It make no sense to buy OMEs and pay at least twice as much.

Not what I expected ...In summary:1. I drove 20 minutes to the Vestavia Cartridge World and asked for a HP972A ink cartridge2. Drove 20 minutes home and found that out that they gave me a 972X ink cartridge3. I called them and told them about the mistake.4. They offered to replace it and they should have the replacement (Im kind of fuzzy on the time period but it was ...) in the next day or two.5. They couldnt get it back in stock so they called and left a message on my phone that they would order me an HP cartridge since they couldnt get the Cartridge World brand.5. I drove 20 minutes back up there and swapped them the 972X which they never should have given me in the first place and received the HP972A - my original request.6. I asked them if they considered this an even swap and they said they did ... although no one else in town and Amazon charged this much for the same ink cartridge.6.In other words, I paid them $16.00 more than if Id have stayed home and ordered it off Amazon. Amazon would have been faster in this case as well.I hope this business thrives because I love small businesses and I hope my experience isnt indicative of the way they normally do business.I believe thriving in the ink and printing business would mean revising the way they treat all customers because I did not feel like this transaction was fair or ethical.

These folks are great. The prices are very competitive and they provide excellent service. I had purchased in bulk some work just as good toner cartridges from one of those on line companies. They would not work and the company wouldnt take them back. Cartridge World not only delivered my new toner cartridges but they fiddled with my printer and made the other ones work too!

Really good price on the ink. However, I was having problems with my printer and thought it might be the ink. I purchased three new HP compatible cartridges--the black XL, the magenta and yellow XL. I ran a diagnostic test on my printer and it was the print head. I had to buy a new HP printer, and none on the market used the same cartridges. Cartridge World would not buy back the cartridges or exchange them for cartridges for the new printer, even though they had only been used for a diagnostic test. I was very disappointed with their customer service. All they had to do was top off the very LITTLE ink that had been used for the diagnostic test.

Outstanding service, great prices and local business...win, win, win.

Do not use this ink. It will clog up your printer and when you call them to let them know that they ruined a $1200 printer, they will tell you that you can bring your printer to them for a $45 diagnostic fee. I know that it was their cartridge. I found all of the other colors in HP, but couldnt find the yellow, so I got it from Cartridge World. The yellow is the problem and they wont even listen to me.Horrible product, Horrible customer service.

Saves me money on quality ink and toner for my office. They stand behind their products 100%. Great customer service!
