Great location. Its convenient. The staff is excellent, the gentleman at the front desk I cannot remember his name but he is super. I lost the key to my lock, he cut the old one off and had one onsite for me to purchase and use. Its always clean and the customer service again is awesome.

The people that run this facility are thieves and I would never store any belongings here again. You are better off going to one of the bigger franchises where they are not desperate enough to need to steal from honest, hard working people. I wish I could give them 0 stars! Avoid this place!!

We kept our stuff here for a couple years, and had a great experience. No drama, no issues, and our things were in perfect shape when we got them out. Highly recommended.

When we sold our home and was in between houses, Acton Storage was so helpful and understanding to us and our needs! Way too expensive

The manager ran my card multiple times which, in turn, charged my account an extra 3 times & over drawing my account after assuring me it would be ok and wouldnt do that. *I asked before he did that* The manager refused to give me the owners number to resolve issue. Once I did speak to the owners wife, she was unapologetic, passed blame to credit card company,, raised her voice, and argued persistently to me. They do not care at all about their customers just about making money. The owner wont be any nicer, I can garrantee you that per the word of the manager when asking to speak to them. Worst business practices Ive experienced in a long time!! They overcharged us by over $600, leaving us without any means of getting a refund over the weekend and out of town a thousand miles from home.
