Its sad to give this company a one star. I have been a Sallys customer for well over 30 years, but as of today, I wont be. I spent 45 bucks in the store tonight to be told if I wanted a bag it would cost me .17 cents.Came home and did a quick bank account search and figured out I have spent near $500.00 in this store alone in the last 26 months and they want to CHARGE FOR BAGS!I felt bad for the young lady clerk, no doubt this choice by some moron bean counter just made all the clerks job harder.Heres an idea...dont take it out on the clerks, do what I plan to do and spend your money elsewhere.Bye Bye Sally.

I use to love shopping here but, I guess they have new management because it was never this bad. The workers are so rude.. if I ever go in here I go in and out. Usually I just order online. The Sally’s beauty in Clinton is a lot better..

Know that when you buy something make sure you can carry it in your hands because if you need a bag you have to pay for it. Yes they charge you for a bag to carry your stuff that you have just bought from them. Also hope its on a day you can get some help. Good luck

The several times Ive been there in the last year or so, the staff were helpful, polite, and professional. I quickly had what I was looking for. Very good assortment of well-organized high-quality and professional-grade products.

First off, I have been to many Sally Beauty Supply stores. I have had wonderful experiences, and almost all of the stores have had helpful and kind associates working. At this location, the staff was rude and incredibly unhelpful. When I sought help, it was as if I was inconveniencing the staff. I bought what I needed and left. Glad I wont have to go to this location again.
