I wanted to reset my android phone because Id forgotten my password. It turns out that Metro PCS in the state of MS doesnt offer that service. The male rep recommended me to someone who could help me. Luckily, got my phone reset and now I wanted to get a new sim card. I went back to purchase a new sim card at the same Metro store and the male rep, tall guy, said they didnt have any in stock.. He slipped up when he said he only had sim cards for i-phones, which uses the same sim as an android phone. Then I asked him, if I purchased a new android phone Id get a sim card. He said sure. At that point, I wasnt sure if he realized I caught on to his dishonesty, however, I told him to have a good day and left the store.

They have great customer service I really enjoy my service through these folks

BAD Customer Service at this location. Metro is Great this location is not. They added accessories to my bill without asking me, when I wanted them returned and taken off my bill right then, they gave me grief about it. Its been over a week and the money still hasnt been credited back to my bank account. I recommend Metro I travel a lot and they are great, just find a better authorized dealer.

My aunt bought a phone and they put someone else info in and now she cant access her account nor her phone. The owner was there and he said he didnt have time to deal with her or her problems. They will not help her get it straight. Now she cant use a phone she paid full price for. Its a shame they would take advantage of an elderly woman like that.
