Went to the Kays in Vicksburg looking for a gift for my wife. Everyone there was very friendly, but there was an associate by the name of Matt (I think) who assisted me greatly. He helped find the right gift for the right price. I also had accidently left my card at home, and he was able to take care of me with that as well. Ill visit this Kays location again!

I went in to inquire about a few options for my husband for Fathers day. The staff was pretty knowledgeable about the merchandise. I dealt with Matt. He was friendly and helpful, but was not pushy. I didnt feel like he was just trying to sell me something to make a sale. He seemed to really want to help me get exactly what I wanted! I will shop here again!

I have gone in this store multiple times looking for gifts and have always been treated with kindness. The main person that stands out is Matt. He always informs me of sales that are going on and makes the encounter seem more personal. I will continue to shop at this store.

I’ve had a great experience at this location. The store I frequent most is in Flowood, because it’s nearer to my home, but I got just as much help and was equally satisfied with the customer service I received at this Vicksburg store. Everyone was friendly and very willing to help.
