Rebecca was amazing. She had excellent customer services and explained all of the benefits to buying a bed. She also took me through the wide section and went above and beyond helped me order some pillows off line which werent in the store. I think she is the representation of what a great employee is.

Great place to shop. They have been remodeling for the last couple of weeks, but its a solid store. Full of product choices and helpful customer assistance.

I drove 50 miles for mechadise on sale and they didnt have in store.

Feels empty but could be due to remodeling that is going on. could use some cleaning though. good deals though!

They Do have Decent furniture if you shop for Quality & pay attention to details for use, comfort etc.. Ive Purchased several pieces from here. my favs were 2 snuggle chair recliners

Big lots is sure full of stuff. But Im one of those people that loves going to the Dollar tree. The Dollar tree has got everything you need in it and man that prices are low thank you China

The cashier was super nice!I found precisely what I was looking for, which I did not expect upon entering.

I love my big lots. Just hate when i find something interesting that i wanna try 8 times out of 10 it doesnt have a price tag AND the shelf label is missing; i picked up these white headphones in hopes of finding a price on them only to put them back on the shelf. . .no one around to ask except the cashier. Eventually i will take them to the register for a price check though.

They recently rearranged the whole store, and check out procedures. Made it hard to find things.

Like going there because most of the store employees are friendly and knowledgeable about where things are.

Slightly larger location than most Big Lots and they actually have a decent gluten free selection in the food. Its not always the most well organized store but the staff are always super kind and professional. Its a great location to drop in for quick home good items and snacks. No complaints really.

Inexpensive top quality items. You never know what the truck will bring. Courteous staff and the store is pretty organized. Free parking as well as handicapped parking. Restrooms not so clean but usable. Similar to a thrift store on steroids with new instead of used items.

This is the best big lots Ive been to and Ive been to many. Staff is always nice here and always out on the floor straightening up and stocking the store. Store is always clean. Please give thumbs up and go check this one out.

They always have some truly great items to chose from at some good prices!

I like to shop here, sometimes you can get things a little cheaper. The only thing that drives me bonkers is they dont put prices on everything so you spend some time searching for it or having to ask an associate for the price, other then that all is good.

Great place to work

I got a bunch of furniture there today, and it was a great experience. One employee stayed over a little past his shift to load a couch onto a truck for me, and the other employees were amazing. I just moved to Mississippi and all of the employees that I spoke with gave me information on Mississippi that I didnt know that I needed until now. Several helped me move my furniture out to the uhaul that I was renting and I couldnt be more greatfull for them. I will need some more furniture and other things in the future, and I will definitely stop by this store again before I go anywhere else. Some things were a little bit expensive, but not excessive and the people are amazing.

Good prices if you can find what you want.

Love this store. It also has a pretty good staff.

Kind of a poorly arranged store. The shelves are in disarray and many items do not have prices. They had a sign on the end cap that stated four cans for $5, read the fine print. But was only for vegetable soup but they had probably 15 different varieties all crammed together on the end cap and no two of the same cans in a row, had to search for what you wanted. But the people there seem friendly enough. Show that gets them to stars from me.

Pretty decent selection of different stuff. Sometimes, the store is in a disarray. Sometimes, its tidy. The employees are kind of dull and lifeless, but they are easy enough to find. Other than that, GREAT store! 😁😁😁😁

Big lots mystifys me in that things are supposed to be alot cheaper because they are buying big lots of them. But i really cant understand why anyone would shop there regularly as the prices seem high to me. Very high compared to the same or similar items for sale at other stores in Vicksburg area.

I asked about which rugs were 8 dollars, I went to the front and the cashier said she would send someone over. A black woman came back there then went straight thru to the shipping doors after I said hello while I was standing by the wall of rugs... She never returned.
