Best kolaches I have ever had!

The couple that works here works hard. I know from friends that you have to get up crazy early to prep all the dough for the morning. But everyone I go in, the woman has a smile on her face, and is very sweet. They work long, grueling hours, and I appreciate it. The food is delicious! I love the kolaches, and they have a few different types which is cool. They have plenty of different types of donuts, which are good without being too sweet. They also have a good selection of cold drinks. Sometimes I go there just because I can get a redbull without having to get in my car; I work right by them.They are a great locally owned store, so go support them.

In my opinion these are the best donuts in Vicksburg. The owners/staff are very friendly. Besides the sweets, they offer a nice selection of savory options like breakfast sandwiches and kolaches stuffed with smoke sausage (or even boudin). My favorite donut is the apple fritter and I also love the old fashioned and blueberry. The basic glazed are also done very well. Community coffee is served here and there is a fairly large selection of refrigerated drinks. There are only a few tables to sit down and eat, but one is almost always available because most get to go. Great place!

I love the Regular and Large Kolaches. I can eat them every day. I buy them for my team every now and then. Everyone loves them and requests that I bring them in more often.

They usually have a decent selection if you get there within a reasonable time. The last few times I have been there, a good bit of it has gone fast. Whether I have had donuts, breakfast sandwiches, boudin, kolache, etc., the food has been good. I am a return customer!

Being from Texas I have been looking for a proper kolache in Vicksburg and finally found it at Donut Palace. They have a great selection of donuts and have Very good kolaches. The owners are very friendly and the shop is very clean.

Whats the best thing to put into a donut?.................. Your teeth! Hahaha, lolz. But seriously folks, this place is awesome. Its a small shop, with a relatively small selection. But, in my humble opinion, theyre doing things the right way, because everything in their selection is delicious. My favorite is the boudin kolache. But they have lots more: big kolaches, small kolaches, breakfast sandwiches and burritos, donuts, rolls, etc. Great food. And the people are SUPER polite. One of my favorite places in the area.
