I took my working cell phone there for a change of screen paid $100.00, they said it needed a charge port, and they did it for free, when I got my cell phone it did not even charge. I called them and the guy doesn’t even remember mi.I will definitely not take it there no more. I do not recommend this place.

Sold a phone that wasnt compatible so I couldnt use it. Then offered another phone that also wouldnt work when checked. Refused to refund money. He was really kind when he took my $300 but after that nothing but rude. I would give - stars if that was a thing

My daughter left her cellphone on the back of a car. It drove off and shattered the screen. It looked terrible and was unusable. I dropped the phone off with the phone guys and it was fixed about an hour later. It looks like a brand new phone! Great fast reliable service. I hope we never need them again, but if we do I’ll certainly go bask.

Do not deal with them. Installed third party fake parts into the phone that had so many issues. They harvested and stole the original parts. We found this out when the device was diagnosed later at a different shop.Save yourself the trouble. Go anywhere else but here. You don’t want to be ripped off. I’ve personally use CPR cell phone repair now.

My whole screen came out my phone a week later after he fixed it and he charged me again to put the screen back in and said it was my fault and after I got it fixed again the screen still feels like it wants to come out ...so I took it to my phone company and they fixed it the right way and said he doesn’t know what he was doing !

Horrible service. Took my phone for a battery replacement. Got the phone back and the battery was even worse. When I told him he started giving attitude and being rude. He literally said that he did not care if he gave us a old battery. Very rude and horrible service. I do not recommend him to anyone.

My screen for my device was cracked.. Whenever I picked up my device, it wasn’t fixed properly. The screen was still lifted and the inside was completely filthy, and there was still some glass inside as well. Also, he was very disrespectful and did not know how to maintain his customer service. He has no manners and was starting to give an attitude because I was being “nitpicky” for his unfinished job.
