I took guitar in to get one pick up changed they assured me that they would look at it and give me a price . They called me a week later and said the guitar was finished and the price was 120.00 dollars .This was a surprise to me because i had not authorize any work. they told me that the whole guitar needed to be rewired .When i went to pick up the guitar it didnt sound right and the tone knobs were very noisy . The guitar tech said he would look at it . I left the guitar and did not hear from them for a month i would call but they said he was still working on it . When i finally picked up the guitar i was charged 120.00 dollars and the tone knobs were still noisy and the guitar still did not sound right plus there were scratches on the back that were not there before . I took the guitar to guitar center and they said a pick up change was 30 dollars and does not require it to be rewired .

Small store but great selection and outstanding customer service. They helped my stepson out with a guitar strap and case plus they gave him a huge discount on his case!They have a lot of the school banners hanging up in the store which I think is awesome!I highly recommend this store to everyone!

Knowledge of products they sell is excellent. They dont carry Martin or Gibson, but if you are looking for a good sounding guitar it doesnt matter because what they do carry is great. The 300$ guitar I bought here gave me a better sound than my 1200$ martin. Very reliable and I will be back to buy more from them!

This is a nice little music store with very nice and helpful employees. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because its a small music store and has limited items (in comparison to the major chain stores). The best one Ive found in Victoria.
