Purchased sectional it broke several times now they say theyre no longer responsible. But when we purchased it we were told lifetime warranty . We have bought several sofas in the past that we just gave away because we changed style. This was over $ 3000.00 5 years ago and we will have to buy another sectional not because I want to change style but because this stuff is garbage. Will never shop there again!

They just threw mattress in truck and no help in securing item on truck / thank God it didnt blow away
